Personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
La habitación está muy limpia.

Cons:

Creo que hay dos tipos de habitaciones, unas más grandes con dos camas enormes y sin balcón y otras con una cama de matrimonio y balcón. Nosotros éramos dos y teníamos dos camas enormes sin balcón. Posiblemente fue un error nuestro al no solicitar el cambio. También nos lo podían haber ofrecido.

Pros:

La piscina e instalaciones de ocio infantil. La comida en general era buena, pero con la variedad notable de un 3 estrellas, aún así era buena.

Cons:

El salon o bar donde se hacen los eventos es regular, poca visibilidad. Poca oferta dentro del "todo incluido", estos conceptos se han diluido mucho. Aunque las camas eran cómodas, cosas que es poco habitual, las instalaciones eran bastante normales. Solo usamos la habitación para lo básico que era dormir y ducharse.
