Ótimo hotel, staff super competentes e simpáticos, quarto limpo e confortável, ótima localização, café da manhã bom, super indico.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Tive um problema com o ralo do banheiro e prontamente solucionaram o problema. Staff super atenciosos (camareira, recepção - uma ressalva em especial para a Marina que foi super atenciosa e solicita). Não tenho o que reclamar.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. It has everything you need, good AC, fridge and hairdryer in the room, hot water and comfortable beds.

Clueless about special needs for travelers dealing with medical issues such as asthma and chemical sensitivity, and while I called on the phone and spoke to the kind sounding Victor the first try ahd mentioned the need for a scent free room, wihout plug ins, fragrance cleaners and linens that smelled like perfume, he never mentioned they pipe in this nauseating strong chemical perfume scent everywhere, the lobby was so intense I had to put my mask on immediately, and could not talk to the staff. at the front desk who were so not avialable to deal with my situation, acting like "what smell" when they were living/breathing it 24/7. The elevator, the lobby and all the air in my room, even though they said it was. a "scent free room" smelled highly of this fragrance, their "signature scent" that permeated all the furniture and basically the room. I sat in the room for a short 10 minutes trying to get my wits about me, as what to do and even in that short time I could not breath and felt sick. They should have known better and have been more TRANSPARENT that they use these strong scents in the entire hotel complex and it would have NOT been a good place for me. Thanfully I found another place that afternoon but it was exhausting in the intense heat, taxis rides and trying to deal with the city and its sold out rooms last minute. Just as an aside many people I talked with, who do not have this allergic reaction, were also annoyed and sick of these scents in these spaces, its old school, get rid of it, its not a pleasant experience for many. Again the staff were not helpful at all and treated me as if I was crazy, not understandnig my condition.

Loved the breakfast on offer, room cleaned every day. Close to the metro to get me all over Lisbon.

Great location
