Se fosse colocado num quarto maior, mesmo pagando a diferença, a estadia seria ótima.
Pros:

Café da manhã satisfatório, comparando com hotéis do Brasil. Localização muito boa, pois fica próximo à Avenida da Liberdade. Equipe de funcionários muito competentes.

Cons:

O quarto e o banheiro eram muito pequenos. Solicitei um quarto maior, contudo me colocaram em outro do mesmo tamanho.

Pros:

Hotel in una zona piuttosto comoda al centro. Ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi senza necessità di prendere mezzi pubblici. La stanza è un pò piccola ma c'è tutto quello che serve per passare qualche notte tranquilla. Letti comodi e ambiente silenzioso. Bagno funzionale. Colazione abbondante.

Agradável, ideal para a nossa viagem de uma noite
Pros:

Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestáveis. O quarto estava limpo e era espaçoso. O pequeno-almoço tinha todas as coisas habituais e era bom. Em termos de localização também era bem localizado, perto de algumas linhas do metro, supermercado, um bom sítio de brunch, etc.

Cons:

Em termos das condições do quarto, apontaria o desenho dos lavatórios (que são muito rasos e dificultam várias tarefas, inclusive o enchimento das garrafas reutilizáveis), as luzes de cabeceira muito fortes que não são reguláveis nem em intensidade nem em posição e o sistema elétrico, que não permite deixar nada a carregar sem o cartão mas o AC continua ligado - voltámos para um quarto gelado!

Happy with our choice of hotel
Pros:

Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was plentiful with a nice dining area. You should not leave hungry. Hotel room was spacious. If you like to walk, hotel is withing walking distance of shopping, restaurants and sight seeing, including close to hop on hop off bus stops if you wish to take a ride. It is about a 30 minutes from the Humberto Delgado Airport and about 20 minutes to the Jardim do Tabaco Quay (Lisbon Cruise Port). We booked transfers on booking.com for transportation when leaving. This made the whole trip super easy. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.
