Schöner Aufenthalt in Lissabon.
Pros:

Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Wenige Minuten Fußmarsch in die Innenstadt. Ruhig gelegen, sauber.

Lage des Hotels für HoppOn HoppOff Bustouren und Metroanbindung sehr gut.
Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Frühstück war ausreichend ,es fehlt noch die Unverpackung von Marmelade ,Butter usw.

Das Zweibettzimmer hat uns gut gefallen
Pros:

Wir waren zu viert und hatten ein Doppel- und Zweibettzimmer Das Zweibettzimmer war toll.

Cons:

Im Bad des Doppelzimmers war eine barrierefreie Dusche. Leider war diese ohne Vorhang, so dass das komplette Bad nach dem Duschen nass war.

A lovely warm welcome from staff who were happy to explain the area and what was available for vis.
Pros:

Great choice of hot and cold food. Fantastic selection of cakes and pastries.
Reception staff always cheerful and ready to help in any way.
Room was clean. The fridge was a bonus and there was a cold water machine for you to use.

Cons:

No showers available for people who have a later flight although, the young girl on reception was very helpful in pointing out the facilities they did have.

Pros:

We stayed here for just one night for a concert and overall had a good experience. The room was spacious enough for two people, with two comfortable and quite wide single beds. Having plugs and charging points right next to the beds was also very convenient.

There was complimentary water in the room with glasses, which was a nice touch, and overall we had everything we needed for a short stay.

The staff were definitely a highlight: the girls were super kind, friendly and helpful. We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel, explore the city and come back to collect it later without any problems.

Cons:

The breakfast was probably the only disappointing part. There wasn’t much variety and, compared to the rest of the experience, the quality and selection felt a bit basic. I think this is definitely the main thing that could be improved.
