Pros:

The staff were all most welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. It is great that it is a family concern.
The food from the restaurant was first class, authentic and delicious 😋 and hotel guests get a discount.
Walking distance from tube station, so easy to get into Central London but also local taxi firms nearby and Ubers.

Pros:

Visiting the Royal Orthopedic Hospital. Stayed at the Maddona Haley 3 times. It is close to train/bus station. Friendly staff could not be more helpful. Very colourful and lively back garden/restaurant/bar with music. Was even given a lift to the hospital each time I stayed. Comfy beds (stayed in 3 different rooms), tea and coffee in the room and free coffee and pastries in the morning. Would definitley stay again if my partner has to go back to Stanmore.

Phenomenal hosts, went above and beyond, we are blown away by our welcome and hospitality shown .
Pros:

Beautiful building , amazing character, stunning personal touches that hit you straight in the heart. From hand made vases and crockery to the piano playing we were treated to ! Right from the start of our time in London , the hosts went over and above for all our requests .
Stunning architecture and personal touches and attention to detail.
The family and all staff , very friendly and made it feel like home from home .

Tulis will be our friend for life , he is one special guy ! Made our stay feel like staying with family . We could have spent our whole trip with him alone .

Would like to say once again Thank you ! Forever in our hearts . Dave and Nickie (Scotland )

Nothing ! There is absolutely nothing to say we didn’t like .

Avery unique sort of place.
Pros:

The ambience was wonderful. so atmospheric. The food and staff were great. One or two items in our room did not work so that was a downside.

Cons:

Abedside light did not work as the socket was broken. No control for the television, and one didnot appear inspite of it being reported.

We did not stay it looked nothing like the picture and did not match the description, a guest house at best . One that needs attention. Still want a refund

I like the stuff and the garden

Cons:

The beds wasn't clean enough, lots of stains on the bedding and hair. The windows was rusty and some of them was broken.
The shower head also broken

Quirky Hotel, good location
Pros:

Room was a great size for 3 adults, staff and owner very friendly & welcoming. Nice area to stay outside of Central London with good bus/tube links. Property is quirky with interesting decor. Owner made space available for parking.

Cons:

The parking isn't obvious being outside neighbouring properties - so probably best to check before arrival. (We might have missed an email!)
