Pros:

Locația super ok,personalul foarte amabil ,foarte curat,in fiecare zi curățenie. A fost o vacanta plăcută !!

I stayed at the hotel in Turkey from 3rd July to 5th July, and I was not satisfied with the service. The cleanliness was poor; there was mold on the toilet wall. On the first night, we did not have a TV in our room, and the man at the reception was very rude.

They also did not provide a wheelchair for my father, even though he needed one. We had breakfast included for two days, but on the second day, because we had an early flight, they did not prepare a small breakfast pack for my elderly father before his morning medication, even though we had informed them the night before.

The reception man was very rude and did not pay attention to our requests.
