Pros:

Gostei muito do hostel, excelente. Pessoal gente boa, limpo, áreas conjuntas espaçosas, muito bom!

Cons:

Reservei em abril, pedi reserva de uma cama embaixo na beliche porque tenho fibromialgia, confirmei... Esqueceram!

A estadia no geral foi tranquila e tivemos uma boa experiência no hostel. A localização é muito boa e o quarto privado para o qual fomos realocadas era confortável e com suíte, o que tornou a experiência agradável.
o atendimento foi cordial e gentil. Foi-nos oferecida a possibilidade de upgrade para um quarto privado mediante pagamento adicional e, diante da situação, optamos por realizar a alteração. A solução apresentada foi positiva e contribuiu para que a estadia decorresse de forma confortável e tranquila.

Cons:

Inicialmente, a reserva realizada era para um quarto compartilhado para 6 pessoas, para mim e minha mãe. No entanto, no momento do check-in fomos direcionadas para um quarto com 9 camas, diferente do que havia sido reservado originalmente, o que acabou causando algum desconforto.

Pros:

É um bom custo-benefício. Fiquei em uma suíte, que me atendeu bem pelo valor que paguei.

Cons:

A localidade. Fica em um lugar bem íngreme, então acaba que desanima de sair a pé, porque na volta tu tem que enfrentar "A subida", mas não é nem uma reclamação ao proprietário e sim um aviso aos viajantes. Ah, acho que poderiam oferecer aqueles sabonetes pequenos de hotel.
