Wonderful!!!
Pros:

The location was amazing. Walking distance to the entertainment. The breakfast was delicious. It was wonderful to have breakfast included in the stay. Also, the chef was amazing to ensure we were comfortable and everything was fresh and available to all guests. Customer service was great. Easy check in process. Will definitely be staying again.

Another great stay!
Pros:

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed there, and we will come back. Every room is a suite, and to get a suite at this price is wonderful. It’s clean and the staff is helpful and kind. This time the A/C in our room was not cooling correctly…they immediately moved us to another across the hall, and as I was standing there called someone to address the problem in the old room.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, a 10 minuti dalla zona principale di New Orleans, viaggiando da sola non mi sono mai sentita in pericolo, nemmeno rientrando la sera dopo mezzanotte. La camera molto grande, pulita e fornita di microonde, frigo, scrivania e salottino, con giradischi incluso, un tocco davvero degno di nota per la città del Jazz.

Great place to stay! You can have a suite, and you can have a suite…we all get suites
Pros:

Having a suite for the price of a room…nice. August in New Orleans… Air-conditioning is so important! This hotel does not disappoint. Hallways are cold, rooms are cold, breakfast area is cold…so nice!

Cons:

My biggest problem with this hotel… Is the same problem with basically every hotel in New Orleans, availability of parking… And the cost to valet…

We were able to find street parking literally right in front of the hotel or just around the corner and it’s free from 10 PM to 8 AM. This works for our schedule because we were doing things in other areas of New Orleans all day long, and only got back to the hotel around 10 PM.

Excellent place to visit the art galleries and get a bit closer to the garden district.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, comfortable couch in the room, cutie record player was a lovely touch and beautiful brick walls made it feel very homey.

Cons:

How cold it was in the breakfast area. We had to sit in the bar to enjoy our breakfast. The cold air did feel nice coming into the hotel from the hot summer days though.

Wonderful
Pros:

The position to the Convention Center was magnificent, just a block away.
Lots of bars just 2 blocks away, my favorite Lucy’s, about a 10 minute walk to the French Quarter, 5 minutes to the Casino.
Valet parking was available, staff very friendly.
The hotel was lovely, very large and well appointed,
Lovely lounge area and separate bedroom, large well appointed bathroom.
Had a wonderful stay in New Orleans

Pros:

It is downtown and close to the convention center (5 min walk) which was nice. It is down the block from the trolley that takes you to the French Quarters and the market. The rooms are fairly large.

Cons:

They seemed to be short staffed so getting towels or ice required the front desk person to do multiple jobs. There’s also no way to call the front desk from the rooms.

Pros:

The staff were nice and the room was very nice and clean. I enjoyed the k-cup coffee machine.
Only one elevator was working upon check out, causing the room cleaning personnel to put their large cleaning cart in the elevator with us and our luggage cart. The wait for the elevator was about 5 minutes to go downstairs.

Cons:

The mattress seemed to have some wear on it. There were lots of lamps, but no overhead lighting. This was fine, except for the bathroom. It made it difficult to get dressed in the evening.
I was charged an additional $159 fee when I arrived, and was told it was for "incidentals." The invoice was inaccurate because it showed I had pre-paid $375 instead if $414. I would like to know the difference.

The valet helper broke a costume piece when loading the luggage cart. The main valet person was very professional at check out.

Cute, Comfy, and a Great Value!
Pros:

Cute hotel, loved the vinyl player and jazz records! I had lots of space, bed was comfy. Would stay again!

Cons:

The windows in the room are just for show; there is a brick wall blocking any view.
