Pros:

Le jeune homme à la réception était très professionnel, souriant et efficace. Il parlait très bien l'anglais et nous a bien accueillis.
La localisation de l'hôtel est top pour accéder au terminal 3 de l'aéroport.
Une navette gratuite part chaque heure pour l'aéroport, ce qui est utile.

Cons:

La chambre était vraiment très sale.
Les serviettes étaient tachées et vu l'odeur je me suis demandé si elles avaient été lavées.
Les vitres et les surfaces étaient aussi sales, de même que les joints de la salle de bain couverts de moisissures.
C'est vraiment dommage car l'hôtel est bien situé, les chambres sont simples mais suffisantes et bien aménagées et le personnel est très bien.
Mais le service de ménage n'est pas à la hauteur.

Pros:

Останавливались на 1 ночь межу перелетами. Трансфер из аэропорта в отель и обратно бесплатный. Хороший сытный завтрак. Особенно понравились бассейн и тренажерный зал на втором этаже. Очень приятно было поплавать с видом на город.

Thanks for arrangement during my Stay in Zest Airport Jakarta. During My stay I have suprise from Front Office, HK team and other staff. And i have room decor for my special day. Again big thanks for Ibu Santi.

Room Was comfort, clean, neat, and fresh.
Lobby was very fragrant.
Resto was simple but Nice.
Nearly mini market
