Good room, bathroom with bugs
Pros:

Location is good. Good AC, big comfortable bed.

Cons:

First room wasn't good (smoking smell) and i got another one - good AC, big comfortable bed.
Many bugs and roaches in the bathroom spoiled all the impression of the room.
Stuff didn't want to provide me my free breakfast (thanks to Genius level 3) but then agreed. The breakfast was very simple, wasn't worth it arguing.

Located near Delhi Airport, this place is very convenient for an overnight stay. The room is spacious, clean, and quite comfortable. The bathroom is also clean, though the absence of a shower curtain means water tends to splash all over the floor. The food is pretty decent, and the service is quite good. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall pleasant experience.

Excellent experience at Hotel Kian. The service was truly outstanding—staff was extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Every request was handled quickly and professionally, which made the stay very comfortable.
The location is another big advantage, being very close to the airport, making it perfect for travelers. Rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment.

Not as it looks, Dont be fooled by the ratings and pictures.

I have stayed in many hotels in Mahipalpur for short stay but this hotel has so far exceeded my expectations.
Pros-
1. Actual room matches the pictures and description, no false claim
2. Very courteous staff
3. Quick service
4. Good location- not too deep in naroow lane, very close to the main street, all amenities nearby
Cons-
1. Though my last few experiences with other hotels in similar budget in Mahipalpur and nearby locations were not good, this hotel has honestly met my expectations, but there is always some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and different breakfast options.

Overall, very satisfied with my stay here. For sure i will be considering this hotel next time as well.
