A stress free, quiet retreat
Pros:

We got there super early but the staff were extremely understanding and helpful. We were able to leave our bags and they gave us a key to the room so that when we got back we could go straight up and not have to do check in later. They even made sure the bags were in the room for when we returned. We had to book last minute due to personal disaster that morning but they made a stressful day so much easier

Cons:

It’s a bit of a walk to go to the city centre but really, it’s easy to catch a tram and there were no negatives to the hotel itself

Pros:

Nice quiet area near Ledesplein which is a filled with restaurants and action. Tram stops nearby. To Dam square about 15 mins. Clean and tidy.

Cons:

A little old. Needs refurbishing but good for money anyway.

Es war ein herrliches Wochenende!
Pros:

Das Personal ist spitze!!! Wir konnten mit eigenen Frühstückszutaten (Aldi 300m entfernt) im Frühstücksraum frühstücken. Es gab heißes Wasser, Instantkaffee, Teller und Besteck. Da die Treppen, typisch für Amsterdam, sehr eng sind, haben wir uns sehr gefreut, einen Fahrstuhl zu haben. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber völlig in Ordnung! Es war sauber, das Bad roch jedoch extrem nach parfümierten Reinigungsmitteln, was durch Lüften schnell wieder in Ordnung war. Der Balkon ist schön, nur fehlten Tisch und Stühle. Der Balkon ging zum Innenhof. Die Matratzen sind ein Traum! Mit den günstigen GVB Tickets kann man von der Unterkunft aus alles bequem und schnell erreichen. Am letzten Tag konnten wir das Gepäck bis 18:00 Uhr im Speisesaal lassen!!!

Cons:

Balkonmöbel fehlten. ansonsten alles prima!

beğendiğim hiçbir özelliği yok, odalar eski ve halıfleksten kaynaklı büyük ihtimalle ekşi bir koku var, odaya girdiğiniz anda koku yüzünüze çarpıyor, eşyalar çok eski, odaya girdiğim an kaşınma tutuyor, çift kişilik yatak aşırı küçük, asla bu fiyatı hak etmeyen bir otel, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ama oda bu halde olduktan sonra başka hiçbirşeyin önemi kalmıyor, odanın eskiliğini anlatmak için kapı fotosunu çektim onu ekliyorum

I would stay here again.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Location was good - not too busy and not to far away from the attractions around the nearby Highstreet.
Good location lots of choices if you want to travel to other areas or attractions.

Cons:

​Room could have been in better condition.
There were some spillage marks on the wall that could have easily been cleaned.
Some of the small tiles on the shower floor were missing or loose.
Could have done with some milk sachets to go with the coffee and tea provided in the room
