Pequeño, caro, no hay personal, nadie soluciona los problemas, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, las paredes y el techo estaban extremadamente sucias y con humedades.

Dass niemand von Booking.com uns geholfen hat, nur geredet und uns hilflos vor versperrter Zimmer Türe stehen ließ. Das Geld wurde flott von meinem Konto abgebucht!

When we arrived , we had 3 booked rooms, there was no reception and there were only some cleaners who did not speak a word of English !! We were showing them the room numbers and they were saying no no .
A few days before our arrival I had asked the host - Arbio if our rooms had air-conditioning and they said , yes, we do have in order to make your stay comfortable. I was so relieved because I had seen that the temp would be high around 32-35 C .
When we finally managed to get into our rooms, we had multiple surprises waiting for us!! One room did not have an a/c device at all , while our 2nd room did have an a/c but there was no remote control. The 3rd room had an a/c and a remote. I talked to the Arbio team again and they were telling me all kinds of lies, like there is a hidden air conditioner inside the wall and there might be a fan in the room , playing dump and that they would try to relocate us. I naively believed them !! After 3 hours with no success , I found mr Thomas who was not responsible for our rooms but thankfully agreed to help us relocating us to a room with an a/c the next day. The room which we were relocated to, had an a/c and a remote but the remote did not work ! Thankfully with the remote of our other room it worked so 2 out of 3 rooms had a nice temp.
On the contrary, the a/c device in the 3rd room never worked and I was calling and texting Arbio since our arrival Wednesday until Saturday night but no luck , there were lying to me again that I should search for a fan and they would tell me how to turn it on and they were supposedly searching for another room , while it was obvious that they did not want to help .
From the comments I see that many people have encountered the exact same problems with the a/c and the hotel never bothered to resolve them..
I cannot describe how frustrating it all was.. Arbio is the worst host I have ever encountered.. Never coming back.

Le personnel adjacent est très désagréable, à plusieurs reprises nous avons été viré par ce dernier… Un comportement vraiment hostile pour quelqu’un qui possède les mêmes type d’appartement.
Le côté autonome du service est plus que décevant, en cas de soucis aucun personnel n’est à disposition et vous êtes laissé à votre sort advienne que pourra.
La climatisation sur les photos est uniquement pour le décor, elle ne marche pas, même si il fait 37 degrés dehors, aucune télécommande pour la piloter, j’ai eu beau batailler avec le service d’aide, uniquement des messages généré automatiquement, de quoi bien vous énerver…
Et le départ a 10h du matin sans aucun service de gardiennages de vos bagages, bonne balade avec toutes vos valises…
Puis les 40€ de frais de ménage, qui servent à nettoyer le bazard du précédent usager uniquement, ne vous attendez pas à voir votre lit fait pour ce tarif.
Bref en deux mots : « à fuir ! ».

I would not recommend this property, especially for families

Upon arrival, I was told by a staff member named Thomas that my child was not allowed to stay in the room because the reservation was allegedly for only two people and that Austrian law prohibited it. This was extremely stressful, especially since I had entered my child's details during the booking process. I even offered to pay any additional fee if needed. Later, I found screenshots proving that my child had been included in the reservation all along.

The communication from the property was vague and unhelpful throughout my stay. Questions were often ignored or answered very late, leaving me without clear information.

The most concerning incident occurred when people knocked on our door at night claiming that the room belonged to them and they stayed outside the room for quite sometime!!! As a guest traveling with a child, this was frightening and made me feel unsafe. Despite contacting the property for clarification, I did not receive a meaningful response until around 1:00 AM.

Also, I was given a room other than the one promised in the foto !

The condition of the room also added to the discomfort. The mattress appeared unclean, which made it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably at night. Combined with the uncertainty about our reservation and the safety concerns, it created a very unpleasant experience.

What should have been a simple stay turned into an experience filled with stress, confusion, poor communication, and concerns about safety. Future guests, especially families with children, should be aware of these issues before booking !

TV was not working. The app which was recommended for communication did not work. It was not fixed!!
The telephone number here on booking.com did not work either!! Almost couldn’t enter at night when the keypad panel did not work with no possibility to contact anyone!!!

There is a night club / bar at the basement but with closed windows the noise is absolutely ok.

Great location! Nice room!
But if something is not working - you are on your own!!!

So if you are not scared that you could potentially need to sleep on the street, great choice.

Ik heb een andere kamer gekregen dan geboekt. Wifi was echt slecht, daardoor lukte het bijna niet om ‘s avonds een serietje te kijken oid. Op mijn tel ook meer geen connectie met wifi dan wel.
