The noise levels- until 3am on Thursday and c 1am Friday. The hotel is very clear when booking, the rooms are double glazed and ear plugs are supplied. However the pub downstairs is Chichesters party venue. Also next door is the pool bar- open until 3am every night, so this area is just full of young loud people.
The staff were friendly and attentive. Stored put bags after checking out. The room.was spacious, comfy and clean and the breakfast delicious 😋
TV signal was very poor. Smashed biscuits provided.
Comfortable bed, welcoming staff, good breakfast
Room doors banging shut
Adoramos tudo, desde o atendimento, a localizaçao e ao comer
Fantastico
Perfect for our occasion, had been warned about possible noise from the club but it wasn’t an issue
Staff went over and beyond to assist us we are so grateful
Breakfast was great, really well cooked
No
Excellent value for money, free parking, good breakfast and friendly atmosphere. A bit noisy in the evening
Nice bog room and great breakfast
Terrible loud noise until early hours from bar next door, a pair of ear plugs isn't the answer. Won't study again
Location
No fridge in room, twin beds not double. Plug sockets to one side of bed only. Extremely poor parking. No rear entrance. Noise/vibrations until early hours
Absolutely loved everything
Comfy and unbelievably fun staff
Leaving
Good breakfast
Room cramped and needs updating
Room is very comfortable. Very good English breakfast and the Coffe is amazingly good.
The reception staff were welcoming and helpful
Not being able to park, the state of the rooms, the poor quality of furniture
good welcome limited free parking but was not an issue. Quirky feel, excellent sized room and bathroom with decent shower over. Two fans. well lit. very comfortable with wardrobe and table and TV well stocked tea, coffee and hot chocolate with two bottles of water provided key to let yourself in from the street Central high street location good shops and cafes
pubs etc., about 15 mins walk from Chichester Cathedral and 20 minutes to the Theatre Choice of full english or muffins with poached or fried eggs
Was ok for us but there was no lift and a fairly steep staircase, which would be a problem for elderly or those with walking difficulty. Check but they do have music until 3am (earplugs provided) but not when we stayed
Lovely staff convenient location

Location was central
Very very noisy. Asked for quiet room, got what was the noisiest room in the establishment. Overlooking main road, loud traffic all night, drunks shouting all night. Couldn't wait to leave.
Room tired and dated. Quite run down.
Pub with rooms above in the heart of Chichester with parking. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfasts, lovely large room.
The parking was absolutely impossible to find, I had to ring the hotel and even then, the route was bewildering.
