Bonito el hotel por su instalaciones tipo Azteca (la antigüedad)

Cons:

Que el área social no se pudo usar por 5 días de mi instancia en el hotel.
porque la piscina estaba como sucia .
Además de no hacerle su mantenimiento al área social (corte de la grama . Muy alta y había mosquitos por falta de corte de grama.)

Muy amables las que preparan el desayuno pero le faltaba variedad en el desayuno. Todo los días huevos estrellados y salchichas .
Un café que se debe mejorar (muy aguado).

Buscar otras opciones de proteínas.

Pero en general todo muy bien.

El servicio al cliente hizo la diferencia

Steven le dio un nuevo significado al Servicio al Cliente. El hotel estuvo muy bien, pero la experiencia fue excepcional gracias a la atención que Steven nos brindó. Incluso los amigos que se hospedaron en otros sitios dijeron que cuando regresen se quedarán ahí por el servicio que el nos ofreció. En una palabra, Insuperable! El hotel es, gracias al staff.

Cons:

La disco que queda a dos cuadras hace mucho ruido y puede ser molesto para algunas habitaciones. En la mía no se escuchaba ruido realmente.

People are the key asset of this hotel
Pros:

We visited for a sports competition and chose this hotel for its great location - just a short distance from the Sports City of Palmira. It turned out to be a wonderful choice! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. All the area of the hotel is very secure.
Food options are plentiful, with many restaurants within a 15-minute walk. If you prefer to stay in, delivery services work perfectly and you can enjoy your meal in the common area - a nice touch. Breakfast was very good!
A special mention goes to the entire staff, and to Steven in particular. They are truly what makes this place stand out. Friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need.

Cons:

The area is lively with several bars nearby, so light sleepers may want to pack earplugs. Couple of more green plants in the common area would be a great addition.
