Doskonały hotel samoobsługowy. Po przyjeździe otrzymaliśmy szczegółowe instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania. Lokalizacja jest doskonała, centralna, idealna dla spacerowiczów. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z obsługi i ceny.

No volvería al Greta Polonia.

Cons:

Pésimo el aseo, nos escondieron el hablador de la puerta donde decía “Hacer la limpieza”.
En recepción nunca había nadie solo una grabación.
El primer día nos dejaron para 2 personas 2 minijabones para 6 días.
La comunicación con la persona encargada fue muy mala, al principio no respondía, luego contestó logramos conseguir 2 minijabones, pero tampoco hicieron el aseo.

Buenos los desayunos, pero el día que nos recogían para un tour a las 8:00 am, los empleados se retardaron y llegaron muy tarde.

Weird and uncomfortable but it's a place to stay
Pros:

Good location right in Kazimierz. Check in was smooth

Cons:

Bizarre furnishings. Wifi barely worked for me, was too slow for my partner to load anything. There was an unplugged floor lamp that didnt have an outlet anywhere near it. The air conditioning didn't work and the rooms were very stuffy. Rooms locked from the inside only with a physical key, making a big fire risk if you were to misplace your keys in the room.

Cons:

Stellenweise unfreundliches Personal. Zum Frühstück gab es nur 1 Getränk. Kein Saft und Wasser zum Kaffee. Und das Brot war auch nichts.
