Przyjemna atmosfera
Pros:

Bardzo mili właściciele i przyjaźnie nastawieni do przyjeżdżających gości. Dobra cena biletu, śniadanie zawarte w cenie. Nie było problemu z zaparkowaniem samochodu, zameldowaniem i wymeldowaniem. Pokoje były czyste i zadbane. Fajny widok z okna. Do tego właściciel oprowadził nas po swojej piwnicy, gdzie pokazywał swoje eksponaty i dał nam spróbować lokalnego wyrobu (wina).

Cons:

Prysznic nie miał kabiny, co powodowało, że woda rozlewała się po całej łazience. Do tego było lekko zimno. W łazience i pokoju nie było kosza na śmieci. Był problem z zamknięciem drzwi na balkon.

Convenient location on the road to Borjomi, so no need to go into the town itself.
Nice staff and owner. Owner's marani (wine cellar) was nice to visit to get know how wine is made in kvevri (Georgian underground wine pot).

best value for money with a super-nice host
Pros:

the place is a bit out of town, but has great value for money, the owner is super nice and helpful, the house is not on the main road, although close to it. Rooms had AC, we were offered wine etc. and the breakfast was prepared early as we requested. It is the best value for money you can get...

Cons:

the area is a bit industrial, without much greenery around, so don't expect exciting views, it is good for sleeping in and getting on. It does not have nets against mosquitos, so you need to chose in summer whether to have opened windows or AC...
