الفندق نظيف وجميل ومرتب وفي وسط المدينة وكل شي قريب منه وفيه جنبه سوبر ماركت والمطاعم والكافيهات كلها قريبه منه والموظفين بشوشين الله يعطيهم العافيه

The girl at the front desk is so nice and thoughtful, the room was very clean and there was everything that you could need, bathroom was also superb. Breakfast was great too.

Hotel in sobe niso imeli vonja po cigaretah. Zagotovljeno parkirno mesto. Prijazno osebje. Sodobno opremljene sobe, čiste. Čeprav v hotelu ne strežejo alkohola, nas to ni motilo, saj je bilo vse ostalo več kot po pričakovanjih. Odjava gostov do 11. ure je odlična ponudba.
Po dolgem premisleku, kaj bi sploh lahko pri tako dobri izkušnji spremenila: želela bi si bolj svež kruh pri zajtrku. Kljub temu je bila ponudba nad pričakovanim in nismo ostali lačni.

Clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast and friendly staff.
A small, lovely hotel that offers good value for money. The hotel and the staff did everything they were supposed to do, but because my personal expectations were a bit different, I might have chosen a different booking option had I known beforehand. I don't want to lower the hotel's rating because of this, so I am just sharing a few useful points for future guests to keep in mind:
Tips for Future Guests:
Breakfast: If you are staying for a short time and want to try local flavors, you might want to consider options without breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights and usually ended up just having an apple, a banana, and a coffee because we preferred going out to the bazaar to eat local 'börek' and other specialties. So, breakfast might not be a must.
Mountain View Room: We chose the mountain view room. While I don't know what the other rooms look like, ours faced an intersection with the mountain in the background. I had expected a more direct, uninterrupted view, but due to the hotel’s location, this wasn't possible. This is not a negative point, just good to know. It was a pleasure to sit and watch the mountain in the morning breezer.
Staff: The staff are lovely people. We didn't need much, but whenever we asked for help with something, they handled it quickly.
Location & Parking: It is about 10 minutes from the airport and 20-25 minutes by car to Baščaršija. Since we rented a car, we were very satisfied with the location, and parking was not an issue at all. Also, there is a gas station right behind the hotel, which was very convenient whenever we needed to grab water or quick snacks.
One thing I didn't quite like was the bed, or rather, the sheets. Although they were generally clean, they made a rustling sound as if there was nylon inside them. If you are someone who tosses and turns a lot like me, this will definitely disturb both you and the person next to you.
Shower gel and shampoo were not provided separately; it was a 2-in-1 product in small bottles. If you are particular about your hair care, I highly recommend bringing your own products.
