The restaurant team. The waiting team and the bar team are lovely. However, serious lack of training and consistency. The Assistant F&B was rather useless. The poor F&B Manager was doing his best. They just need to improve their training to be better.
Good location and nice on site restaurant.
Check in was a mess. I checked in with my friend, who was given her key after we had already waited quite some time. They made me wait for 15 minutes after that before giving me my room key. Only after I spoke with my friend later did I understand that they gave me the room she asked to change out of because it smelt like cigarette smoke. Just not a great way to start. And it did smell like cigarette smoke.
The stay was good, good rooms and good food.
The hotel staff while showing the room clearly mentioned that consumables in the snack tray are free of cost and complementary for the first time and chargeable for refills. However, during checkout it was mentioned that anything from the snack tray is chargeable and was billed to our room. That was extremely unprofessional conduct and last minute harassment for extra billing. Guests should not be misguided especially when a cost is involved.

プールが思ったより綺麗で、自然の中にある感じになってて素敵だった。朝ごはんのブッフェもインドの料理がいろいろ味わえて良かった。あとプールサイドにあるマッサージ屋さんがとても良かった！
プールの利用客にタチの悪いおばさんがいて、ずーっと真ん中を占領して子供に「あっち行け」とか言ってきたのがとても最悪だった。
良いホテルでも日本と違って備品は何もないので要注意。

I loved the customized service I received and the location. The swimming area and the garden were really nice. There's a small gym looking out into the green area. The breakfast was excellent as well.
The packed breakfast could have been better.
