We had a wonderful stay at Southernstar Mysore. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well organized. The Front Office team was warm, courteous, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The food at Zest Restaurant was superb—every meal was delicious with a great variety of options. We also loved the swimming pool, which was clean, relaxing, and well maintained.
A special shout-out to the entire Front Office team for their excellent hospitality and outstanding service. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend Southernstar Mysore to anyone visiting the city. We look forward to coming back!
Southern star is my go to Hotel when i come to Mysore. This was the 04th time i was there and everytime it was a great experience for
Me. Everything- The staffs, The Food, The dinner was just so Filling not for the stomach but for the eyes too, The thing with southern star is the management is not stingy when it comes to service especially with food, The complimentary breakfast was not just name sake. It was excellent 👌 They have great cafe too.!!!!!
May be the pool time could be extended until 08:00 pm. It would have been great!!!! Thats not a complain, Its a suggestion

The lobby and pool area are very modern and make a great first impression. Breakfast was okay, with a decent selection, but nothing special.
Unfortunately, the rooms are quite outdated and were not very clean, which was disappointing. Considering the price, the overall experience didn’t offer good value for money. I expected a much higher standard for what I paid.
Das Hotel ist super als Rückzugsort vom Stress der Stadt. Abgeschottet durch Mauern und Hecken hat man hier recht viel Ruhe. Das Personal ist nett, es gibt gutes Frühstück und das Zimmer war geräumig.
Wie in Indien gefühlt üblich haben die Fernseher keinen Zugang zu z.B. Netflix oder Disney.
The hotel was clean. The pool was well maintained. The location was good . The breakfast buffet was nice.
No facilities for the KiDs play area, Al a carte food was average They did not attend promptly to the washroom issue that we had.. Out of the 2 extra beds we asked for a total 3 room booking , one of them was charged and not waived off . The menu is highly priced for the quality of food offered.
