A great place to stay for any convention center events
Pros:

The room, amenities, view, and location were all wonderful! The lobby and restaurant areas also make an immediate positive impression. Highly recommend breakfast 👍

Cons:

Pulizia, posizione vicina alla fiera e alla metro, ottimo prezzo, colazione e drink a fine pomeriggio inclusi

Camera davvero piccola senza un armadio o dei ripiani per riporre i vestiti, fastidioso rumore dei treni al mattino presto

予定を満喫できました！
Pros:

宿泊階の1番端の少し広めのお部屋に泊まったのですが、まだハイハイの子供がとても楽しそうに部屋中動き回っていました。段差がないフラットなお部屋だったのが良かったです。子連れで泊まったので、部屋で快適に過ごせるかはとても重要でした。
2泊したのですが、朝食のおかずが一部日替わりで違うものが楽しめたのも良かったです。

Cons:

21時を過ぎたら本館でのチェックインになることを知らず、疲れた身体で往復することになってしまったのは残念でした。私が説明を見落としたかもしれませんが…

Best of the best
Pros:

This is my second time in this hotel and it’s still a fantastic experience. A big thanks to the staff, they are always helpfull and make you feel at home. I won’t change this hotel for any other hotel in Tokyo. Keep on the good work

Pros:

高級感のある建物でリッチな気分になれたし、アフタヌーンティーのサービスがあったり、朝食もバイキングでしたが、なかなか美味しくいただきました。セキュリティも良い感じでした。シャンプー、コンデショナー、ボディーソープが気に入り自宅にも欲しくなり検索してしまいました。

ホテルについてからチェックインまで時間があったのですが、ただエントランスのソファーで待っていてくださいというお話だけで番号札もなく後から来た人が先にチェックインの受け付けをするようなこともありそこはちょっと残念な気持ちでした。部屋に入りせっかく良い感じなのに、スリッパにがっかりあまりにもペラペラなのにはびっくりしました。あとは浴室のシャワーが使いづらかった。手持ちのシャワーと上からのシャワーの操作が上手くいかずにずぶ濡れになったりしました。聞きたいことがありフロントに連絡してみたが呼び出し音だけでお話しすることができなかった。

ロビーの雰囲気最高ですね
Pros:

スタッフさんの対応が丁寧で良かったです。
ロビーの階段がとても綺麗でした。
駅からホテルが近くなのも良かったです。

Cons:

良くない点はありませんが、部屋の中に椅子があるといいなと思います。
