Tesisin sadece konum olarak güzel metronun dibinde daha merkezi yerlerde yapmanız daha iyi olacaktır.

Lage und Preis sind gut.
Pros:

Die Lage zum AKH ist top. Einfach, aber okay.

Cons:

Kein Personal gesehen, weder beim Check-in (nach 21 Uhr) noch morgens beim Check-out.

Exceptional value for money!
Pros:

The staff are lovely and very accommodating! The owner takes really good care of this place and cares for it - that's evident in every single detail.

I really appreciate the fact that he let me check in early for no additional charge and was very considerate throughout my entire stay - always offered a cup of coffee in the morning :) I like how you can trust the staff to fix any issue you may have. They are always cordial and appreciate when you communicate.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and equipped with good fixtures - really liked the fan they put in the room and the water pressure in the shower was great. You can tell that even if the room itself isn't new and freshly renovated, it is still well-maintained and clean (which is the most important part).

Excellent location. You are legit right by the metro and the tram with a huge Interspar nearby. Very safe area, and very walkable. I found myself walking to every museum in the centre unless I was in a rush (in which case public transport is easily accessible).

This is by far the best value for money hotel I have been to.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great. I know some people might noy like the carpeted floors in some of the rooms, but I didn't have an issue with them. I only cared about the room being clean, and that standard was very much met.

Pros:

Tesisin fiyat-fayda dengesi oldukça yüksek. Çarşaf ve havluların temizliği yerindeydi. Konum olarak merkezde yer almasa da tramvayla ya da yürüyerek ulaşım oldukça kolaydı. Bütün gün gezip akşam konaklamak için temiz ve güvenli bir yer arayanlara isabetli bir tercih olur. Sinan Bey’in ilgisi kendimizi evimizde ve güvende hissettirdi. Viyana’ya yine gelsek tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel.

Cons:

Olanaklar şahane değildi fakat fiyatıyla karşılaştırıldığında beklentilerimizi karşıladı.

Hotel Alser locul unde ma cazez în Viena
Pros:

La hotelul Alser vin mereu când sunt prin Viena. De ce ? Pentru ca raportul calitate _preț este bun,este aproape de centru și are U 6 vis a vis,are camera ptr bagaje ,este curățenie și lift.

Cons:

Nu am ce sa comentez...Totul a fost bine poate chiar peste așteptări la 60 EUR/noapte

The staff is absolutely fantastic, Sid (hope I am spelling his name properly) is super friendly and helpful and gave us some important tips for our stay in Vienna. The hotel is clean and the location is great. Would definitely stay there again.

Beste Lage ever. Preis Leistung empfehlenswert
Pros:

Preis Leistung top. Lage unglaublich gut. Alles vor der Haustür. Parkplatz, U-Bahn, Restaurant. Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Wir hatten den Blick im Hof. Wir müssten um 10 uhr auschecken und die kleine ist kurz vor 10 eingeschlafen. Der Mann bei der Rezeption hat uns bis 11 uhr ohne extra Kosten erlaubt zu bleiben.

Cons:

Leider wollte meine Tochter nicht im gitterbett schlafen und somit musste ich sie bei mir im Bett nehmen. Die Matratze ist für uns 2 natürlich sehr eng gewesen. Aber dafür kann das hotel nichts.
