Pros:

The proximity to restaurants, shops and MOA was a huge plus - being able to walk around at night and feeling safe is a huge huge plus

L'emplacement proche du mall of asia et de l'aéroport. Logement pratique et fonctionnelle pour 4 personnes. Très bien pour une nuit proche de l'aéropor. Arrivée autonome

Nice balcony view
Pros:

Location is close to everything.
Television, kitchen and beds has good size.
Beds were comfy.
Good amount of towels and dental kits.
Water temperature was good.
Has CCTV in the hallway.

Cons:

Guards were too lenient. Building guests come and go, I felt not safe. We were not given a pass but we're able to access the building when we came back.
I found small cockroaches and spider crawling.
Unit was too small for 4 pax.
No garbage bin in the bathroom.
Fridge wasn't cleaned or defrost, ice was thick when we came.
No available kleenex and paper towels.
