Personnel très serviable et accueillant ,ahmed qui parlait l arabe nous a assisté tardivement par téléphone afin d assurer notre transfert à l hotel , melek au restaurant est toujours souriante et très aimable, chambre propre et spacieuse pour une famille de 4 personnes, emplacement ideal pour découvrir istanbul

Pros:

Personalul, mai ales doamna de la bucătărie care servea micul dejun a fost amabil.

Cons:

Camera arată foarte rău. Nu are nicio legătură cu pozele prezentate pe Booking. Mobilierul in stare proastă, pereții scorojiti si cu găuri, podeaua mizerabila, mai ales sub paturi. Camera a fost intr-o stare generală proastă. Fotografiile de pe Booking nu sunt reale. De asemenea, împrejurimile hotelului erau frecventate de oameni vagabonzi, care dormeau pe peluza din fata hotelului. Gunoiul nu a fost luat din camera .L-am pus eu pe hol pentru a fi ridicat. Intr-un cuvant dezastru!

Repetiré cuando vuelva a Estambul
Pros:

Opción ganadora en Estambul: muy cerca de Aksaray, una zona donde el caos del centro se relaja, pero cerca de una parada de tranvía que te deja en 5 minutos en Sultanahmed. Estándares de limpieza muy sobrados, desayuno más que correcto, personal muy agradable en todo momento, habitación amplia. Calidad precio es un sitio excepcional, no encontrarás lujos, pero tampoco los pagarás.

موظفي الاستقبال متعاونين جدا و لديهم خدمة الاستقبال من المطار
الغرفة ممتازة جدا و متناسبة مع السعر
الموقع قريب من جميع وسائل المواصلات
الافطار متنوع و لذيذ

عند استلام الغرفة كانت نظيفة ولكن في خدمة التنظيف لم تكن بنفس الجودة

Isplati se boraviti, za cijenu nudi i vise negonjgodan smjestaj.
Pros:

Dobra lokacija, prijatno osoblje, ciste sobe, za cijenuni vise nego dobro.

Cons:

Prilicno mali restoran za dorucak, ponuda za dorucak osrednja. Treba promijeniti namjestaj ispred hotela.

Jó volt, de csak lányoknak nem ajánlanám!

Tágas tér, nagyon jó klíma, szép fürdőszoba

Cons:

A szemben lévő dombon minden éjszaka hajléktalanok alszanak, nem biztonságos környék, a legfelső szinten voltunk elszállásolva és az egyik reggel egy hajléktalan beszökött a szobánkba az erkélyen keresztül, mindent zárni kell és figyelni. A reggeli nem volt változatos, minden nap ugyanaz.

Pros:

Отдыхали семьей 3 человека в этом отеле несколько дней. Главный плюс — расположение: рядом много кафе и магазинов, остановки транспорта, метро недалеко очень удобно.

Завтраки порадовали .Порции достаточные, чтобы зарядиться энергией до обеда.

Отдельное спасибо персоналу — ребята на ресепшене очень приветливые, помогали во всем.

Единственный нюанс: номер небольшой, но для нас это не критично, так как мы целый день в городе. При этом он очень чистый. В номере есть всё необходимое: удобные кровати,кондиционер, чайник, холодильник и даже тапочки. Соотношение цена/качество отличное. Вернулись бы сюда.
