Pros:

Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. При заселении оказалось, что дверь в душевой сломана. Вызвали мастера и дверь починили. Однако, это всё произошло только в 23:00, когда уже ни мытся, ни решать какие-то вопросы не хотелось совсем.

Cons:

Трещины в штукатурке на стенах номера. Очень грязные кондиционеры. Даже после мытья фильтров не рискнули их включать, т.к на роторном блоке уже поселилась инопланетная цивилизация микроорганизмов и убивать её было бы кощунством (сарказм).

Pros:

Отношение персонала. Сам отель расположен недалеко от метро, поэтому транспортная доступность хорошая. Рядом из исторических достопримечательностей - акведук времён Римской империи.

Cons:

Грязные кондиционеры. Из-за этого приходилось открывать окно, а это влекло за собой шум от дороги. Спать было сложно (если так можно выразиться). Номерной фонд уставший. Но постельное было чистое. Полотенца меняли по запросу без разговоров.

Pros:

Amplasarea hotelului foarte buna, intr-o zona linistita, langa o scoala, aproape de bazar, centrul comercial, obiective turistice. Camera mare, curata. Personalul hotelului prietenos.
Am utilizat serviciile acestui hotel de trei ori pana acum si voi reveni si in viitor.

Cons:

Micul dejun modest dar nu a reprezentat o problema pentru noi .

Pros:

The position of the hotel was very convenient for me as a tourist. Also the staff is very friendly and always ready to help you. The room was clean.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small. If you wanna go to shopping, it will be hard to stack your items around the bed. Also, the restaurant could be cleaned more carefully, especially the trays. The breakfast was ok-ish.

Pros:

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good, the lady there cooking was also lovely. Location was fine, close to bus stations and other important places.

Cons:

My biggest issue was the level of cleanliness. Even after requesting cleaning it was not too good. Especially bathroom - dust on ventilation, dirty shower, toilet looking like its about to broke down. So yeah, overall its a nice place but not clean at all which I hate :/

Dobra vrijednost za novac!
Pros:

Lokacija hotela je odlična. Bili smo u hotelu s bebom i većim djetetom i trebalo nam je cca 20 minuta pješke do Hagija Sofije, Topkapi palače i Bazilike cisterne. Divno!
Svi recepcioneri hotela su jako dragi i uslužni.

Cons:

Hotel je smješten uz glasnu cestu, tako da prozori moraju biti zatvoreni kroz noć, a kako nam je soba bila na zadnjem katu i smještena tako da gleda na sunce od jutra, u sobi bi odmah bilo jako vruće (naš je odmor bio u ljetnom mjesecu), tako da smo spavali pod klimom. Soba je jako mala i neke stvari bi mogle biti čišće u njoj (soba nije očišćena ispod kreveta i ventilator u wc-u je bio jako prljav od nakupljene prašine). Također, neke se stvari u sobi treba popraviti (oštećenje od vlage na jednom mjestu na stropu, skinuta svjetiljka sa zida i na njenom mjestu ostavljeni kabeli koji vire). Doručak je svaki dan isti i nema puno izbora ali se možete najesti. Sve u svemu - ako vam je izgled hotela manje bitan i ako većinu vremena planirate provesti šetajući po Istanbulu, apsolutno se isplati odsjesti u Hira hotelu. ❤️
