The bed is very comfortable
The Awesome Hanoi Hotel lived up to its name! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I stayed there twice, for 4 nights total, and had a great experience. I talked to people who stayed at other hostels and heard stories of conflicts between guests and staff, noisy rooms, bed bugs, etc. another reviewer mentioned that there are no locks on the door to the dorm, which is true, but each bed has an electronically operated safe storage area that's much more secure than what you get at most hostels.
They also saved me some money and a lot of hassle by arranging a day tour and airport travel for me.
Highly recommended if you're looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable space to unwind in, away from the hectic pace of Hanoi.
There wasn't really anything I didn't like. I stayed in the dorm, and in other cities I've been in dorms that were more spacious, but this is Hanoi. The breakfast was okay, though some hostels offer a buffet. There's no bar up on the rooftop, but it was still a pleasant place to sit and take in the scenery.
The room and bathrooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the AC was working very well even in the summer heat. The staff was friendly, especially Alice, who was ready to answer any question and always smiling.

I had a wonderful time in Ha Noi at this hostel. It located in the center of Ha Noi so spetty easy to go anywhere. Service was great, friendly and enthusiastic. Room was so clean and the bed was so soft. To compare with this price, this was one of the best hostel I’ve ever stayed. Definitely recommend for everyone to book this hostel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing hostel with a great atmosphere. Everything was clean, well organized, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. I booked my bus tickets to both Sapa and Cat Ba through the hostel, and the whole process was smooth and convenient. A special thanks to Alice, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She always gave the right advice, answered all my questions, and made sure everything went perfectly. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.
I had an absolute blast staying here! The location in Hoan Kiem is perfect-so close to everything, yet comfortable enough for a great night's sleep. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and full of positive energy. The atmosphere is social and friendly, making it super easy to meet fellow travelers. Highly recommended!

Appreciate the early check-in. There is a shared toilet / shower within a cluster of dormitory beds. Nice layout. The toilets and showers facilities are brightly lit, clean and well-kept. Staff was very polite and friendly. Location was very convenient, accessible to transport and amenities.
