First time in Vietnam
Pros:

Our first trip to Vietnam started from here. It was a pleasant start:) Alice helped us with some tips and advices on buses and activities. The breakfast was nice:). Right in the center, but still our room was quite away from the loud music that the pubs and discoteques use to play in the evenings.

Cons:

In general we had a pleasant stay. You can see that the room/building would need some improvements or renovation, but in our case we consider that the conditions were fair for the price we paid.

Pros:

L'emplacement, le lit, la gentillesse du personnel, les pancakes au miel avec les fruits au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le night club juste En face qui fait du bruit jusque tard, la musique au petit déjeuner (je préfère le calme), la chambre était trop petite. 16 lits et un tout petit couloir où l'on peut à peine passer. Le casier était trop petit. Compliqué pour mettre le sac. Surtout si on est au 2e étage. Juste un drap pour dormir. Mais j'ai demandé quelque chose en plus. Le personnel a vite réagi.

Pros:

the room was clean. made me book another day. the staff was nice and accomdated mine late check-in. also an employee name elsa noted that i was overcharged by another employee mistake and provided a refund. if she didnt tell me i won't have notice. instead they informed me. love to know that the place and employee like elsa are honest and trustworthy. i know this place won't take advantage. responded quickly to my messages. would come to this place again and recommend.
