I loved my stay at this hostel. It is very clean and comfortable, with curtains on the hostel beds for privacy and a locker. The food from the restaurant is delicious and they accomodated my dietary requirements with ease. The staff are lovely. In particular Alice who really went above and beyond during my stay. She helped me with airport transfers, arranged amazing tours and gave me lots of recommendations for not only Hanoi but Vietnam. I felt so welcome here the moment I arrived. Thank you to all the staff and Alice! I will be back next time I am in Hanoi :)
I really enjoyed my stay here! The female dorm was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The beds were comfy, and everything was kept nice and tidy.
Breakfast was surprisingly good, with plenty of tasty options to choose from each morning. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, so it’s easy to explore Hanoi on foot while still having a cozy place to come back to.
The staff were kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. I would definitely come back again!

The bed is very comfortable
The Awesome Hanoi Hotel lived up to its name! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I stayed there twice, for 4 nights total, and had a great experience. I talked to people who stayed at other hostels and heard stories of conflicts between guests and staff, noisy rooms, bed bugs, etc. another reviewer mentioned that there are no locks on the door to the dorm, which is true, but each bed has an electronically operated safe storage area that's much more secure than what you get at most hostels.
They also saved me some money and a lot of hassle by arranging a day tour and airport travel for me.
Highly recommended if you're looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable space to unwind in, away from the hectic pace of Hanoi.
There wasn't really anything I didn't like. I stayed in the dorm, and in other cities I've been in dorms that were more spacious, but this is Hanoi. The breakfast was okay, though some hostels offer a buffet. There's no bar up on the rooftop, but it was still a pleasant place to sit and take in the scenery.
The room and bathrooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the AC was working very well even in the summer heat. The staff was friendly, especially Alice, who was ready to answer any question and always smiling.
