Pésimo de verdad... quisiera tener críticas constructivas pero la realidad es que no.
Me han cobrado más de la tarifa sujeta en la app a la hora de pagar en el check in hicimos varias preguntas acerca de eso y me dijeron que me buscarían o me llamarían y la verdad es que nunca lo hicieron me dieron muchas escusas para un refound y cuando nos íbamos a ir me dijeron que se aplicó bien el cobro cuando me cobraron mucho más del monto en la app, aparte en la cama que hemos dormido mi esposa y yo estaba repleta de hormigas y hasta con algunos otros insectos y el baño el piso sucio como si hayan estado huéspedes antes de nosotros en esa habitación y no se limpió, el restaurante solo está disponible en el desayuno, no vimos a nadie en el bar y mucho menos en la recepción, vimos a la recepcionista las primeras 2 horas después de las 2pm al ser las 4 pm no se encontraba ningún personal en el hotel y si literalmente nadie en recepción ni en los pasillos y cuando llegamos por la noche mi esposa y yo la verdad es que el trato de el personal de seguridad no fue para nada hostil y hasta de mala forma nos trató la verdad es que la ubicación no está mal simplemente la estadía para nosotros no fue la mejor para lo que me han cobrado por 1 noche

Lo que más nos encantó fué la piscina, calientita y muy aseada al igual que todo el establecimiento, el desayuno con un buen sabor y la ubicación bastante céntrico del lugar, todo el personal muy amable

Cons:

Hay televisor pero no hay cable ni canales por aire la cuál no se pudo utilizar, o al menos ese día no había señal de nada

La pileta con el bar incluído. La comida muy rica, abundante el desayuno. Muy atento el personal. Podés ver lagartos alrededor de la pileta.

El personal es fantástico, la piscina está muy bien, amplia y siempre muy limpia, el desayuno rico, con dos buenas opciones y el hotel está muy bien localizado.

Cons:

Falta un poco de mantenimiento en la ducha, aseo y colchones, además de la infraestructura, porque da una imagen un poco dejado.

Though the room was very humble, the grounds were nice. A good value
Pros:

This facility is a 5 minute walk to beach or a few local restaurants. The rooms are very dated with cool shower at best and a mini fridge that freezes everything, but is still quiet with comfortable bed. The facility is pleasant with plenty of vegetation, a good breakfast and clean pool. The staff is nice and helpful and a small grocery store 2 minutes walk away. Very safe area.

La ubicación es lo único bueno que tiene.

Cons:

Alto Ruido de remodelaciones todos los días. Insectos en las habitaciones (cucarachas y escorpiones).
Maltrato al huesped, xenofobia por no ser clientes locales de Guanacaste. No entregan factura por consumo en su restaurante.
