Pros:

（一）飯店新穎，房間大，隔音好，床軟硬適中非常好睡。
（二）早餐豐盛，選擇多樣。
（三）價格實惠。
（四）與在地連結深，許多在地特產會出現在餐點中，無形中讓旅客能品嚐到，喜歡的可以在櫃檯購買。
（五）落實環保。
（六）有腳踏車可供騎乘（非電動）。
（七）出來一小段路就是大賣場（大全聯與迪卡儂），可以逛逛。
（八）飯店提供小小游泳池及SPA（有蒸氣室無烤箱），可帶泳裝體驗。
（九）飯店有小魚池可以餵魚。

Cons:

（一）地理位置在臺東市邊陲，開車到臺東市鬧區大約需10-15分鐘（不塞車情況）。
（二）周遭景觀不佳，旁邊目視是環保公司，有堆置疑似廢棄建材。
（三）房間水壓小，出水量不夠，但熱水好控制且來的快。
（四）地下室停車位稀少，目測大約10-15個位置，大部分都要停到路邊或側面大車停車場。

離市區較遠, 但近山景田園, 遠離塵囂, 設施內的SPA美人湯有些開關不能用, 游泳池池內深水不高不低
