O funcionário da recepção fez a troca de hotel.

Cons:

Eu fiz uma reserva para quarto com acessibilidade, liguei para o hotel um dia para confirmar a reserva do quarto e me foi confirmada (funcionaria que atendeu precisa de treinamento). Chegando no hotel, o hotel não conta com quarto para cadeirantes. Para resolver ele fez a troca de hotel, do Buget para o Ibis plaza, na qual tem quarto com acessibilidade.

Bom café da manhã, preço maravilhoso, hotel de qualidade Ibis, ótima localização, boas instalações e profissionais excelentes.

Cons:

O quarto era bem pequeno, mas pelo valor compensa bastante. Além disso, seria legal se a piscina fosse aquecida e se o hotel possuísse academia.

Numa hospedagem anterior, observei a falta de barra de segurança no box - nesta hospedagem, havia a barra de segurança no box, que me foi muito útil... Além de idoso (66 anos), eu tenho artrose de quadril, o que dificulta o equilíbrio e a barra de segurança é essencial.
