A very unpleasant experience in a dirty and poorly maintained accommodation

Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience at this accommodation. There was nothing that I particularly liked during my stay

The entire accommodation was very dirty, including the room, and there was a bad smell. The facilities were in poor condition, and the customer service was also very disappointing. It was a terrible experience, and I would never stay at this place again

Gerente super mal educado , e no último dia eu não consegui tomar banho porque estava em obra e eles não se preocuparam de colocar eu em outro quarto ou ter esperado acabar a hospedagem para começar a obra.

Très bon Hostel pour tout petit budget à Orlando. Sinon je ne recommande pas. C’est sale.

Pésimo el Hotel y una verguenza la respuesta de mi reclamo por parte de Booking
Pros:

La atención de la persona del counter es el único que puedo valorar bien, pero al final no pudo solucionar los inconvenientes

Cons:

Nunca jamás vuelvo a buscar una habitación compartida, hice un reclamo al hotel y a Booking y ninguno de los dos me ha sabido dar solución, realmente es mi primera queja también contra booking, que me dicen que no pueden hacer nada ya que el hotel no les respondió de mi queja. Pésima la habitación, no se respeta la cama asignada, todo sucio, no hay donde dejar las cosas, no hay a quien reclamar. Aunque sea lo mas barato no lo alquilen porfavor.

Solamente la persona que me atendió en el mostrador es lo único que valoro.

Cons:

Entiendo que para mi fue una experiencia nueva de buscar una habitación compartida, pero nunca lo volvería a hacer y no lo recomendaría, en el mostrador me asignaron una cama del cuarto pero cuando llegué a la habitación estaba ocupada. Existía un casillero para cada ocupante pero era muy pequeña, igualmente las camas desocupadas estaban con sábanas usadas, tal fue la decepción, que salí del cuarto y busque otro hotel.

Casa dos horrores e terrores.

Lá.nao tem nada do que gostar. Demorei mais de 30 minutos para ser atendido em uma rua escura. Quando entrei na casa tinha um homen semi nu aparemente drogado, a casa fedia maconha, estava toda suja, todos de cigarros por todos os lados, roupas, ferramentas e diversas outras esparramadas. O banheiro pior ainda em questão de limpeza. A cama disponilzada para mim era um berço de criança situado na sala sem ventilação. Desisti de me acomodar e fui embora enquanto a pessoal que me atendeu estava em um dos quartos cortando algum tipo de plástico fazendo barulhos estranhos que me deixaram com medo. Nao tenho fotos do interior, somente vídeos os quais posso reenviar pois já pedi reembolso do valor cobrado e aguardo retorno.
