JUST AMAZING❤️
Pros:

This was our first visit to Prague,and Hotel Karlova gave us the perfect start to our trip.Everyone on the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Their hospitality and attention made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.
If I could give the hotel's location 10 stars, I definitely would. It is especially perfect for first-time visitors to Prague.Most of the city's major attractions are within walking distance.For example, the famous Charles Bridge is only a 5-minute walk away.
We were also extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel.The moment you enter your room,you can see that everything is spotless and well maintained.The overall cleanliness throughout the property was truly impressive.
Breakfast was not included in our reservation, so we purchased it separately.The current price is €12 per person.Everything was delicious and there was a good variety of options available.We thoroughly enjoyed it.
One final recommendation:make sure to carry some cash with you.For some reason,our Visa credit card did not work at the hotel,and we never found out why.As a result,we had to pay for all extras in cash.
Overall, we absolutely loved Hotel Karlova and its wonderful team.We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Prague.We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in the heart of the city. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:

Espectacular ubicación, muy cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas. El personal fue muy amable y la habitación contaba con todo lo necesario para una tranquila y agradable estadía.

Excellent in every way
Pros:

Excellent boutique style hotel in a fabulous location to walk to all the spots. The entrance is between 2 shops rather than the traditional “big” door. They have thought of everything- lovely spacious room and bathroom - so comfortable, clean and quiet despite being on a busy street. Breakfast was lovely - even baked beans for my husband and pancakes for me!! We would definitely stay again. They also took note of my requests for no stairs and a walk in shower - communication was excellent and fast

Konum mükemmeldi. Charles köprüsüne 4 dk falan. Her toplu taşıma aracına yakın. Ben otobüs metro tramvay hepsini kullandım rahatlıkla. Temiz, geniş ve ferah oda. Ben çok memnun kaldım tekrar gitsem tekrar burada kalırım. Sabah resepsiyon var akşam herşey kartlı sisteme dönüyor. Güvenliydi. Tek başıma konakladım ve hiç sorun yaşamadım. Hergün temizlik de yapıldı.

Cons:

Odamı dizimin ağrıması nedeniyle asansör ile ulaşılabilir istemiştim ama 5 10 basamak merdivenli bir oda vermişler. Sıkıntı yaşamadım ama kahvaltı katında olduğu için sabahları biraz koku oluyor. Sıcaklık merkezi ayarlama yapılamıyor ama sıkıntı olmadı hiç üşümedim ben. Gayet iyiydi.

It’s in an excellent location and is comfortable, but that’s about it

Cons:

There are many many stairs and this is not pre-informed therefore if you are coming as a tourist as many people will do they will carry a lot of heavy bags and these have to be carried up two or three flights of stairs the staff there to help but there is no staff after 8 pm or before 8 am. The hotel is practically like a hostel at that time with no human being to be seen for 12 hours so therefore do not expect any help at those times. It is extremely inconvenient to climb upstairs with heavy luggage and this fact was not known to us. Had we known this? We would never have booked this hotel family of three he carried up all our heavy bags again and again and again on all the stairs, this is a huge reason for me never ever to book this hotel again.

Another thing is that the sliding window will lock you out if you ever step out of the hotel without a key we have to catch a flight early in the morning. We left at 6 am but we were locked out of the hotel with two bags still inside and we had to call up and wake up one of our neighbours to help us again. There was no staff at this time to help nobody to man the phones and we were left on our own. It was like you were living in a hostel despite paying a good price so

Overall I would never ever booked this hotel again. The stairs are not worth it. There is hardly any staff around and the Hotel locks you out. It’s right on the street. The entrance is very narrow. Seems like a hostel for backpack more than three star or four star Hotel, I don’t think it deserves those stars.

Pros:

Super, pokoje ciste, postele take pohodlne. Celkove vybaveni v poradku, nic mi nechybelo, takhle si nejak predstavuji ubytovani na urovni. Navic byli tak ochotni, ze mi udelali snidani o chvilku driv na pozadani, nez je klasicky oteviraci doba, kvuli zamestnani.
