Pros:

Situation idéale pour cet hôtel pour visiter Prague à pied à 5 min du pont Saint Charles. Chambre magnifique avec une grande baignoire, une kitchenette, un lit très confortable.
Délicieux petit-déjeuner avec un très bon café.

Cons:

Pas d'espace de rangement de vêtements : pas grave.

Das Hotel ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Stadt. Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen her gut mit Bus und Metro zu erreichen. Wir konnten vom Hotel aus alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss besuchen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstücksbuffet war der Kaffee nur "ok" und der Orangensaft war kein richtiger Orangensaft (etwas wässerig).

Fantastic location, friendly staff, super room and great sound insulation

Cons:

Beds were hard for our liking but perfect for Chinese. It’s a personal thing so hard to complain about that. Air conditioning was possible to adjust +/-2c from a set point but for us was still a little too warm in the night. Again it’s just our personal preference so not necessarily negative for many people.

Pros:

this was an absolute gem! we were in the middle of everything! not even walking distance just step out the door and into the best area of the old towne. The staff were so kind and answered every question and offered assistance with every inquiry (thank you for the help with our car scheduling after our flight delayed and cancelled multiple times). The room was just perfect there were 3 twin beds very comfortable with plenty space to spread out. The bathroom was huge and the shower was fantastic! I just cannot say enough about this place.

Cons:

We had indicated stairs were an issue for our group and there was an elevator to get to the reception floor but we did have steps up then steps down to reach our room (it was only 6-8 steps each direction) but if you cannot do steps at all you would want to really question where your room is

What we liked the most about this property was its excellent location. We were traveling with our child, so it was perfect to have all the main attractions within walking distance. We were able to explore the city comfortably without relying on public transport, which made our stay much more enjoyable and relaxing.

We were also very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and felt fresh from the moment we arrived. The room was tidy, comfortable, and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The only suggestion we have is regarding the breakfast price. While we understand the pricing policy, we felt that it was a bit expensive for families traveling with children, as younger kids often eat much less than adults. It might be nice to consider a family discount or a more flexible pricing option for children. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
