The staff prepared a special something for my daughter who was celebrating her bday on the day we checked-in
Food court is alway full of people. so if you want to have a quiet meal, you are forced to go to one of the many exclusive restaurants.
This was our first check-in at Solaire North.
My first feedback is about the booking. We accidentally booked the wrong property, so I highly recommend double-checking the address before confirming your reservation. It's a bit tricky because the website can easily lead you to Solaire North. If you intend to stay at Solaire South, make sure to verify the property address carefully. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to proceed with our booking since they didn't offer us the option to transfer to the South property, even though our reservation was still two months away.
Second, for a high-end hotel, I was surprised that the room didn't have Netflix or any other streaming services—only cable TV. Even some staycation rentals offer Netflix nowadays.
Third, there was no minibar or selection of snacks and drinks in the room that guests could simply take and pay for at checkout. It would have been much more convenient than having to order everything over the phone. This was a bit disappointing, especially considering the hotel's luxury standard.
Other than those points, our overall experience was superb! My boyfriend especially loved the view, and we both had a wonderful stay.

Staff exceed my expectation and they provide quality services! Kudos to all the butler services for providing personalized guest experience to my daughters birthday! we will surely comeback😊

Our stay at Solaire Resort North was truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we experienced the level of service, professionalism, and attention to detail that one would expect from a world-class 5-star hotel.
The facilities were luxurious, the rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. What truly made our stay memorable was the warm and personal touch shown by the hotel team.
During our stay, we celebrated our daughter’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make the occasion special. They surprised her with a delicious birthday cake and gathered to sing a birthday song, creating a beautiful and unforgettable moment for our family. This thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and perfectly reflects the outstanding hospitality that Solaire Resort North is known for.
We would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction. We highly recommend Solaire Resort North to anyone seeking a luxury hotel experience with exceptional service and genuine Filipino hospitality.

The only aspect I did not particularly like was that the official 3:00 PM check-in time was not observed during our stay. While delays can happen, guests of a 5-star hotel expect rooms to be ready at the promised check-in time. I hope the hotel can improve this aspect, as it would make an already excellent guest experience even better.
The television keeps lagging.
All amenities are perfect 👌 Especially Carl Angelo Oronce he went beyond of his capabilities for doing his Job even its nothing to do with him Thank you Carl 😊 You one of the great assets of the Solaire. My daughter and I love our little surprise upon arrival to our rooms ❤️ greatly appreciate 🙏 the efforts to make her 18th birthday 🎂 more special. Thank you guys
The breakfast is extremely expensive, my child only ate 2 pieces of watermelon still got charge 800, the price of the hotel accommodation is expensive the breakfast should be included even for continental breakfast would be great .the laundry is very expensive aswell why dont you do by kilo same from the outside laundry,
My daughter lost her 1000 peso in her wallet that she left inside of the drawer, she never use the money as its a gift to her of one of her ninang who went to philippines 🇵🇭 few months ago we did not file a complaint as the staffs already done so much for my family stayed ,
This was the fastest check in I have ever experienced so far. Breakfast buffet selection was excellent. Staffs are very much accommodating.
