Pros:

It was a great area due to a complaint I made tgey were able to bring a bottle of wine even though they promised a bottle of champagne in the room.

Cons:

The front desk was not friendly when I check in felt like a rush in put in credit card and get key thats how it feel instead of a welcome and even on there site they said will give u complementary ice-cream and they didn't provided that as well when I ask the manager they said it was was already over I told them r
Through emails I was promised champagne with a priority upgrade and that didn't delivered to honest with the rate 1,300$ for small suite is not worth it especially having 10 to 15 people waiting in the line I told them not even as a first time traveler to Philippines and still decline to do so.

​I recently stayed at Solaire, and I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team for an exceptional experience.

​I was completely amazed by the incredible effort of the staff. I had only requested some pancakes or dessert, but to my surprise, the team went above and beyond by adding wine and balloons! Seeing that extra level of care and thoughtful presentation truly touched us.

​The attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and willingness of the staff to go the extra mile made our stay completely unforgettable. Thank you, Solaire, for such a wonderful gesture. We will definitely be back!

Cons:

We book a room for my son and her gf but the staff didn’t allow them to get in , so many question been ask inspite of the documents and paper their presented, and sadly it was his bday. Been double charge for the booking. But at the end it ends well

Stay in this hotel if you are all adults and is staying to gamble. No other reason but to gamble.

While it’s location is within 2 adjacent malls. The restaurants within the hotel are difficult to locate. These are “buried” within the premises of the casino.

Unexpected staycation ☀️✨
Pros:

We booked Solaire North quite unexpectedly. We simply wanted a night away from the usual stress, and it turned out to be a lovely little escape.

The ambiance is beautiful, modern, and luxurious. Everything feels new, clean, and well-maintained, and the whole property has a very polished and relaxing atmosphere.

That said, it is definitely on the expensive side, especially when it comes to food. One thing to keep in mind is that GrabFood deliveries are not allowed, unlike at Hotel Okura and Okada. So if you’re someone who enjoys ordering food from outside, this can be a bit inconvenient. If you’re pregnant or have specific cravings and usually want to order something outside the hotel, this may not be the best choice for you.

Despite that, we still had a great stay. We went there simply to disconnect, relax, and take a break from the usual stress, and Solaire North definitely gave us that. Overall, a beautiful and comfortable place for a staycation, just come prepared for the higher prices and limited outside food options.

Food court is alway full of people. so if you want to have a quiet meal, you are forced to go to one of the many exclusive restaurants.
