All rooms were priced at the same cost although some rooms a lot smaller than others. Ours had a very small bathroom and difficult to get ready for an event due to lack of mirror/lighting

The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos, although on the flipside it's actually nicer to have a kingsize bed in a smaller room than just a double bed.
The weather had been unseasonably hot for a while before our stay but the room was stifling when we arrived despite low 20s outside. We opened the one window and left the bathroom extract fan running to get some cooler air in, but it was still very hot when we returned later so didn't get a great night's sleep. This isn't the first place we've stayed this summer where the windows have been kept shut no matter what - maybe the manager could check bedroom temperatures versus outdoor and decide when to leave windows open.
We would have rated the staff 4 smiles except that the breakfast experience was the opposite of the previous evening. There was nobody to greet us despite standing around for a few minutes so another guest explained that there was somebody somewhere and where the self-serve cereal/fruit bar was. When the staff member appeared they were pleasant but didn't seem to have a grasp on who'd appeared at which table in what order - despite us being asked to give a breakfast time - so the couple on the next table to us (who'd arrived well before us) didn't get their cooked food until we'd near finished ours. Still none of the breakfast or hot drinks bar was explained to us. However, the cooked food was very nice and appeared quite quickly.

Pulizia della camera non consona, molto polverosa e moquette sporca e non aspirata. In tre notti di soggiorno non è mai stato pulito il bagno e solo due asciugamani sono stati sostituiti il terzo giorno.
Odore sgradevole in camera e strati di polvere dietro i comodini.
Il terzo giorno ci siamo accorti che il piumino in cui dormivamo era stato sistemato al contrario, quindi il letto si è riempito di polvere e sporco già presenti in camera e arrivati dalla moquette.
Le aree comuni sono pulite in maniera approssimativa, qualcuno aveva rovesciato del cibo per terra ed è rimasto lo sporco per tutto il tempo del soggiorno con unto sul pavimento e nella zona di ingresso.
Appena arrivati abbiamo chiesto di sistemare il bagno in quanto non era stato aspirato dal precedente soggiorno ed era pieno di sporco e capelli per terra. Il personale è stato gentile e ha rimediato, ma la pulizia non è assolutamente consona, il che rende il soggiorno davvero poco piacevole. Personale poco attento a questi aspetti.

There wasn't anything to dislike. I was, however, disappointed in the size of the room, which was booked as a deluxe. But did not spoil our stay.

De kamer was verrassend klein en vooral heel erg warm. Het raam kon slechts 10 cm open, waardoor er heel weinig frisse lucht binnenkwam. We hebben elke avond met een koude handdoek op ons moeten slapen. Dit was dus echt niet aangenaam...
Het ontbijt was ook teleurstellend, naast de zware warme gerechten kon je niet veel anders kiezen.

Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war die Treppe ins DG - aber eben typisch englisch

Le camere avevano la moquette sporca purtroppo

Les escaliers sont un peu raides et étroits pour monter les bagages (pas de soucis pour nous mais utile à savoir).
La douche mériterait un peu d'attention (pommeau usé et présence d'un peu de moisissure).
