Много приятен хотел. Персонала е много любезен, стаята беше с прекрасна гледка. Храната е вкусна. Някои коментират, че не е разнообразна, но блюдата са много, така че има опции за разнообразяване на менюто. Съотношение цена-качество е много добре. Градината с външния басейн е много просторна и приятна. Направи ми впечатление, че имаше чуждестранна група с автобус и хотела беше пълен, но по никакъв начин не се усети от останалите гости. Беше тихо и спокойно, ресторантите за групите и останалите гости беше разделен и нямаше никакво изчакване. Добър подход от мениджърите. Дори си удължихме престоя. Със сигурност ще посетим отново.

Изключително любезен пероснал, особено на рецепцията, внимание към всеки гост. Чисто навсякъде! Чиста много голяма стая с всичко необходимо, удобни легла. Хотелът е на много удобно място, с безплатен паркинг за гостите на хотела. Външен и вътрешен басейн с точната температура на водата, спа зона, огромен добре поддържан двор. Бяхме със закуска и вечеря - хубави продукти, вкусна храна - голям избор от салати и разядки на вечеря, ястията бяха различни всеки ден, много плодове, домашни дерерти. За първи път бяхме в Банко и изборът на хотел беше предизвикателство от огромния брой места за настаняване. Но хотел Зара се оказа право в десятката, точното място за нас! Благодаря на целия екип! Пак ще Ви гостуваме!

Още на рецепцията ни посрещнаха с усмивка и лично отношение и разбрахме, че хотела ще ни хареса. Целия персонал е страхотен. Храната беше много вкусна.
