I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh food, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area. Everything was well organized, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.

Персоналът които ни посрещна на рецепцията .Бяха страхотни, усмихнати и много мили .Изпратиха ни до стаята .Още на рецепцията ни обясниха всичко необходимо което трябваше да знаем за престоят ни (въпреки ,че имаше описано от колко до колко е изхранването ).Съжалявам само че не разбрах как се казват .Храната в ресторанта е страхотна има за всеки по нещо .Стаята беше чиста и удобна .Бяхме с две нощувки ,но това нямаше значение веднага след първата ни нощувка на другият ден стаята ни беше почистена, а кърпите и халатите ни бяха сменени .В басейна има и хавлии за спа зоната както трябва да бъде ,но сме били и в други хотели в Банско където такива не се предлагат .Има игрална зона за децата, а също и билярд .С удоволствие бихме се върнали отново .

Външният басейн не работеше ,тъй като го ремонтираха .

Прекрасен престой – с удоволствие бих посетил хотела отново.
Pros:

Хотелът беше много чист и уютен. Персоналът беше любезен и отзивчив, а стаите – комфортни и добре оборудвани. Закуската и вечерята бяха вкусни, а СПА зоната беше чудесно място за релакс. Локацията също е много добра.
