Хороший отель, новый, расположенный на Ботаническом острове. Просторные номера с балконами и потрясающими видами. Отличный завтрак с европейской и китайской кухней. Полуоткрытый бассейн на крыше. Приветливый персонал, всегда готовый помочь. Каждые полчаса ходит бесплатный шаттл до метро. Местопложение уединённое, в стороне от основных достопримечательностей. Кому-то в плюс, кому-то в минус, дело вкуса.

An unpleasant incident occurred. A large sum of money in various currencies (dollars, euros, and yuan) disappeared from the safe. It's beyond belief that something like this could happen at a hotel of this caliber. The hotel staff said the safe was impossible to open and helped call the police. I ended up spending half a day with officers and at the police station. Naturally, no one returned the money, and my mood was ruined. After the incident, I started researching reviews of the hotel and noticed that a similar incident had occurred at this hotel a week earlier.

An unforgettable 40th birthday getaway! 🎂
The hotel's architecture is absolutely magnificent, especially with the stunning Canton Tower view right from my bedroom balcony.
I celebrated this milestone with my two sisters, and the amazing staff made it so extra—they decorated the room and even treated me to a gorgeous succulent cake!
We enjoyed the massive breakfast variety, i even tried the Chinese cuisine & was taught to use chopsticks. We relaxed in the infinity pool, taking in the epic city and Canton tower views. Huge thanks to the wonderful team for making my birthday so incredibly special!"

Pros:

После проживание в отеле обнаружил пропажу денег в рюкзаке, после завтрака вышли погулять и когда вернулись в номер там была горничная, она торопясь покинула номер и не убралась что было очень подозрительным. По приезду домой я обнаружил что часть денег было которые были в рюкзаке были заменены фальшивые доллары в которых было написано. После этого мы обратились в службу помощи на через букинг, после тщательного расследования получили ответ что нет признаков совершения действий сотрудниками отеля по замене фальшивых долларов. Основным аргументом то что сотрудники не могли этого сделать было то что гражданам Китая в Китае не возможно поменять доллары в банке без предоставления основания! Единственный утешительные бонус которые предложили сотрудники отеля это скидки на следующее бронирование!

Very comfortable and peaceful with a very good view of the rivers and City skyline.

Cons:

There is no restaurant near by, and no Halal option in the menu except the seafood. But the staff is very helpful in ordering the food for you from outside.
