Pros:

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, das Hotel und die Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Könnten auch etwas deutsch.

Cons:

Es sind 3 Hotels die mit einem Gang durch den Keller verbunden sind. Man kommt auch dadurch um zum Pool zu gelangen.

Urlaub mit Erholungsgaratie
Pros:

Im Hotel angekommen wurden wir sehr freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen. Das Auto konnten wir nicht auf dem Parkplatz am Hotel abstellen, uns wurde aber sofort ein Parkplatz an einem anderen Hotel für die gleichen Parkgebühren angeboten. Das freute uns sehr. Das Hotel ist in Laufnähe zur Innenstadt, ca. 20 Minuten benötigt man. Die Wege in die Stadt sind recht anstrengend, es gibt am Hotel eine Bushaltestelle um in die Stadt zu kommen. Vom Balkon schauten wir über einen sehr gesunden Wald. Unser Zimmer hat viele Schränke mit ausreichend Ablagefächern und der Kleiderschrank hat viele Kleiderbügel.

Cons:

Wenn ich etwas hier schreiben soll, dann das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Insgesamt war es okay und wir haben den Aufenthalt ins Karlsbad sehr genossen
Pros:

Die Lage war okay. Das Hotel war im großen und ganzen sauber, man hatte ein gutes Gefühl.

Cons:

Das Personal war leider sehr reserviert, vor allen Dingen im Service. Teilweise unfreundlich.
Der Balkon war schon sehr unsauber,dass Geländer und die Möbel darauf sehr abgenutzt. Es hat den ganzen Tag nach Essen gerochen.

OK aber eher etwas für Ältere Menschen-)
Pros:

Das Zimmer hätte größer sein können wenn man länger vor Ort ist. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war gut. Wenn viele Menschen zum Frühstück sind ist es schon ein wenig "Hecktisch" im Raum. Das Personal macht das aber gut. Man kann sehr gut in die Stadt laufen.

Cons:

Es sind schon sehr lange Wege im Haus wenn man zu den Anwendungen geht. Und es gibt im Schwimmbad wenn se voll ist nicht genug Liege Flächen.
