An old style hotel from the previous era which probably don't deserve 4stars anymore

The spa access, value for money

Cons:

Stayed one night, so there was no need for room cleaning in the morning during my stay, but the housekeeper entered the room twice early in the morning without even knocking. The staff does not speak English, even though we could communicate in Polish/Czech. The place is quite old and past its prime. It's also a bit confusing with the buildings and where to check in. The steam room was not working. After check-out, even though the staff knew I had to leave by car from the parking, no one opened the gate, and there was no ring to call the reception. The general phone connects to the reservation system, which no one answers anyway. Luckily, there was someone else arriving by car with a key so I could leave

Pros:

Прекрасне місце розташування: гарний вигляд з номера, одразу біля виходу з готелю автобусна зупинка, за 5 хв ви вже у центрі міста. Їжа була смачна і досить різноманітна. Готель прекрасно підійде для родинного відпочинку.

Cons:

Не сподобалося що з дітьми до 15 років можна бути у басейні лиш до 19:00, це був єдиний недолік

1/10 – Extremely disappointing welcome and unacceptable treatment

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience during check-in at this hotel was unacceptable.

After driving for approximately five hours, I arrived exhausted and urgently needed to use the restroom before completing the check-in process. I politely explained that I had a reservation and asked if I could quickly use the bathroom first.

The receptionist refused and insisted that I hand over my passport before I could use the restroom. I explained that I could not wait, but my request was still denied.

A second staff member then told me that I could not use the restroom because my reservation was in another building of the same hotel complex. During the conversation, he made the comment, “This is Europe, not Dubai,” in what I perceived as a sarcastic manner. I found this remark disrespectful, unnecessary, and completely inappropriate for someone working in hospitality.

I travel frequently throughout Europe and have stayed in many hotels. I have never experienced such a lack of empathy or professionalism. Hospitality begins with treating guests with respect and basic human decency, especially after a long journey.

The facilities may be good, but first impressions matter. Unfortunately, my stay started with an experience that made me feel unwelcome rather than valued as a guest.

I hope the hotel’s management investigates this incident and provides additional customer service training to prevent other guests from having a similar experience.

Das Frühstück war sehr schön angerichtet, es gab reichlich Auswahl. Das Spa Angebot war vielseitig, die Benutzung des Pools erfrischend. Die Stadt war mit dem Bus sehr gut zu erreichen.

Pros:

Der Pool und die Saunen

Cons:

Insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Charme der alten Tschechoslowakei. Vieles funktioniert nicht. Klimaanlage Fehlanzeige. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat schöne warme Getränke vorrätig. Das ist von 4 Sternen weit entfernt. Frühstück sehr durchschnittlich
