Lokalita. Relativně blízko do centra i pěšky. Výhled do zeleně.
Výborná kuchyně, hlavně večeře. Doporučuju vzít si polopenzi.

Cons:

Obrovský neosobní megakomplex, propojení 2 samostatných hotelů. Mezi nimi procházíte podivnými tunely. Schodiště a chodby nejsou příliš uklízené. Mrtvého pavouka jsme na schodech potkávali několik dní... V bazénu u přepadní lišty vířivky byla pravděpodobně plíseň.
Hosté asi kouřili na balkónech, takže když jsme chtěli větrat, šlo nám to do pokoje. V areálu, tedy ani na pokojiích není klimatizace. Vzhledem k tomu, že se jedná o hotel lázeňský, zaměřený na wellness, tak bych čekala např. lepší kosmetiku na pokojích. Chyběl body lotion. Ve výbavě bylo obyčejné mýdlo na ruce a univerzální sprchový gel, nic dalšího. Ručníky jsou malé, špatně sají, hůře schnou, takže jsme požadovali častější výměnu, než by bylo u kvalitnějších ručníků potřeba. Bazén - 1 společný bazén (16 x 8 x 1,4 m) pro 2 obří hotely, věčně přeplněný. Voda nevypadala z nejčistších. U bazénu neustále mokro. Bylo vidět, kdy slouží který plavčík. Mladší se snažil. Sisyfovskou práci odstranění přebytků vody dělal pravidelně. Ten starší během služby ani jednou. A samozřejmě nemusel by plavčík, pak ať chodí úklid. Nechodil. Projít šatnou, kde stály louže vody bylo nepříjemné. V bazénu chybí náznak plavecké dráhy. Když se snažíte plavat, v celém bazénu stojí lidé. Naprostá většina neplave, pouze v bazénu chodí, či postává. U bazénu je pouze 13 lehátek, což je k jeho obsazenosti opravdu málo. A je o ně pochopitelně boj.

Gesapig, leuk met de kinderen en kwalitatief eten.
Pros:

Uitgebreid ontbijt met een mooie variatie aan producten. De kamers waren mooi en ruim met een minibar. Ons hondje werd zonder problemen onthaald en de toeslag daarvoor was gemiddeld.

Cons:

Buiten het extra te betalen spa-gebeuren waren er bijzonder weinig activiteiten / recreatiemogelijkheden. Er was één redelijk versleten poolbiljart voor het ganse complex. Het zwembad was aangenaam maar de uren dat het geopend was waren niet echt ideaal. Andere activiteiten waren er gewoon niet. Ook aan de manieren van sommige leden achter de desk kan wat gedaan worden. Wij hadden toegang tot de welnessfaciliteiten geboekt en tot bij aankomst was het niet duidelijk wat dit betekende. De voertaal aan de receptie is Duits of Russisch quasi niemand spreekt Engels. Toen mijn vrouw, die van Bulgaarse oorsprong is vroeg wat er allemaal inbegrepen was vertelde de medewerkers achter onze rug om dat wij dachten dat alles gratis was... Dit was echt een grove belediging die je niet verwacht als je meer dan 1500 euro spendeert in een redelijk beperkte setting .

The parking was for pay and we didn’t know. The swimming pool was small but it wasn’t full.

Pros:

Die Größe der Zimmer waren sehr gut,Balkon mit guter Aussicht. Die Bar war sehr gut und die Mitarbeiterin sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Essen war miserabel.Die Brötchen sehr hart, das Essen nicht gut angerichtet, wenig Obst und Gemüse und wenig abwechslungsreich.
Wenig Liegen im Poolbereich. Leider kein Aussenbecken. Die Parkplatzsituation war katastrophal. Im Hotel wird sehr wenig an Abendprogramm geboten.

Schönes Haus, aber enttäuschender Wellnessbereich und knurriger Service
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön hell, extrem sauber und bot einen tollen Ausblick (sogar der Balkon war blitzblank). Die gesamte Anlage ist großzügig, gepflegt und sehr ordentlich.
Das Frühstück war lecker, vielfältig und wirklich umfangreich – da gibt es nichts zu meckern!
​Der Weg ins Zentrum ist ein Traum – über einen wunderschönen Naturweg direkt am Fluss entlang erreicht man die Stadt problemlos zu Fuß.

Cons:

Irreführendes Wellness-Angebot: In der Beschreibung wird groß mit Sauna und Dampfbad geworben. In der Realität war das Dampfbad gar nicht in Betrieb und die verbliebene Sauna für ein Resort dieser Größe viel zu klein. Ein Schwimmbecken allein macht noch kein Spa-Resort!
Service mit Störgefühl: Das Personal wirkte durchgehend unfreundlich und vermittelte einem das Gefühl, zu stören.
Fazit: Hardware (Zimmer, Frühstück, Lage) ist wirklich top. Aber wer wegen eines entspannten Spa-Urlaubs und zuvorkommendem Service bucht, wird hier leider bitter enttäuscht.Preis Leistung nicht passend . Extra Parkplatz Gebühr 10 Euro.

For 6daysThey didn’t change sheets even I asked to be changed the clean worker refused also mattress and pillows are worn out zero services and the room was covered by spiderwebs
We booked the room with parking and you gave me the price include taxes
Upon departure they ask me to 85 euros as parking and taxes
