Pros:

This hotel is an excellent place to stay. The staff are very kind, professional, and welcoming. From the moment you arrive, they greet every guest with respect and make you feel comfortable.

The hotel is located in a safe area, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Hamza and Hafsa for their outstanding hospitality. They always welcomed me with a smile, treated every guest with great respect, and made sure everyone felt well cared for.

I also want to recognize Farhan and Harun from the food service and management team. They provided excellent service throughout my stay.

Overall, I would rate this hotel 10/10. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Hargeisa, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and friendly place to stay.

Une expérience absolument exceptionnelle ! J’avais réservé pour mes parents et je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe pour l’accueil remarquable qui leur a été réservé. Ils ont été traités avec beaucoup de gentillesse, de respect et d’attention tout au long de leur séjour. Le personnel a été professionnel, chaleureux et toujours disponible. Mes parents sont repartis ravis et avec de très beaux souvenirs. Un grand merci pour votre hospitalité et pour avoir rendu leur séjour aussi agréable. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation.

Pros:

Beautiful clean new hotel with very comfy beds. Hamsa was very helpful during our stay as well.

Cons:

Some of the appliances did not work in the room but we were not too bothered about it

Pros:

Pros:

Jeg likte spesielt den rolige beliggenheten og at det var kort vei til sentrum.Personalet var utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme, og frokosten hadde mye å velge mellom. Rommet var rent, moderne og hadde en fantastisk utsikt.
