Das Phimai Paradise Boutique Hotel ist angenehm praktisch, der Pluspunkt ist ganz klar die Lage
Pros:

Besonders beeindruckt war ich von der Herzlichkeit des Personals. Vom Empfang bis zum Zimmerservice waren alle stets aufmerksam und bemüht, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Sie waren auch äußerst kenntnisreich in Bezug auf lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten und halfen mir gerne bei der Planung meiner Ausflüge.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für Reisende, die das kulturelle Erbe von Thailand und den Ort Phimai erkunden möchten. Das Zentrum mit seinen Geschäften, Tempeln und Märkten ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt.
Das American Breakfast ist ein guter Start in den Tag und wird in einem sauberen, netten Frühstücksraum serviert.
Gut fand ich auch die gefüllte Minibar mit Knabbereien, Getränken und sogar eine für den schnellen Hunger typisch thailändische Suppe zum Selbstzubereiten. Dabei sind die Preise nicht wie in anderen Hotels abgehoben, sondern bewegen sich auf 7- Eleven Niveau.
Die Zimmer im Hotel sind angenehm großzügig geschnitten und bieten genug Platz, um nach einem langen Tag nicht sofort das Gefühl zu haben, in einer überdimensionierten Kofferablage zu wohnen. Das separate Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne ist dabei ein echtes Plus. Gerade auf Reisen sind es oft genau solche Details, die einen Aufenthalt deutlich entspannter machen.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank mit der Minibar sollte nicht direkt am Bett stehen.
Das Wi-Fi ist einfach nur unterirdisch und kaum zu gebrauchen. Wer vernünftig arbeiten möchte, muss das abends im leeren Speisesaal machen. Hier unten nahe der Rezeption ist die Verbindung am besten und erträglich.
