Pros:

Nice little budget hotel on the edge of the historical centre. Small swimming pool open all hours, extra towels provided. Many thanks to Zita for a wonderful stay.

J’ai séjourné deux nuits au Riad Nizwa, et tout s’est parfaitement bien passé. L’hôtel est idéalement situé en plein cœur de Nizwa, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied.

Le personnel a été vraiment exceptionnel, toujours accueillant, attentionné et disponible. Une mention toute particulière à Zita pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme !

Amazing stay, excellent location in historical area, 10 min walking to the Fort and souq

Cons:

Parking is not available in this place, but we parked our car near to the Nizwa Souq entry, which is 5 min away from hotel.
