Gutes Hotel für eine kurzen Aufenthalt in Kandy

Im Badezimmer könnte man einen Duschvorhang anbringen, damit das Wc nicht nass wird.

Disappointing, a beautiful building but very poor/non existent service and the surcharge attempt left a sour taste

Cons:

No staff no facilities no tea or coffee no food available no staff to speak to after check in other than a very nice security guard. They tried to add a 10% service charge when we had received absolutely no services

L’hôtel est irréprochable sur le confort et la propreté. Il est un peu excentré de la ville mais ça en fait un endroit très calme.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. They gave us good advice on where to go and what to do. The facilities and rooms are immaculate, everything looked new. Breakfast was great.

Un hotel muy Top en Kandy
Pros:

Una habitación de 10. Con todas las comodidades. La cama era súper cómoda y la ducha igual. Después de 1 semana en hostels más austeros, entrar aquí fue un lujo jeje 😄

Cons:

Te cobran una comisión que no te dicen al principio o no queda muy clara esa información antes de reservar ☹️ creo que nosotras pagamos unos 10$ de más por una noche (era un % que no recuerdo )

Beautifully decorated, clean, newly renovated, quiet location, lovely friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Our fridge didn’t work when we got there. It had iced over however the next morning another fridge was delivered to our room.
