Pros:

The staff were welcoming, and super accommodating when we requested a later check out. The public lounge area was also very welcoming and appreciated with it's 24/7 coffee, water and tea access. The room was compact, but little touches like a sleeping yukata, and futon turndown service made this a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

The path to the hotel is straightforward from Nippori station, but can be hard to navigate if you have multiple suitcases with you, or if it's raining.

Nuestra experiencia ha sido fantástica desde el primer día. Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad y el trato tan cercano de todo el personal, que nos hizo sentir muy cómodos durante nuestra estancia. La ubicación es excelente.

Tuvieron un detalle precioso con nosotros por nuestra luna de miel: nos regalaron unos palillos japoneses preciosos que nos llevamos como recuerdo de este viaje. ¡Un gesto que nos hizo muchísima ilusión!

La habitación estaba siempre muy limpia y realizaban el cambio de toallas todos los días. Además, el alojamiento ofrece muchos detalles que marcan la diferencia: artículos de aseo gratuitos como cepillos de dientes, peines y gorros de ducha, así como una zona donde poder disfrutar de café y té de forma gratuita.

También nos encantó que el primer día nos explicaran la zona, recomendándonos diferentes restaurantes según el tipo de comida que nos apeteciera probar. Se agradece muchísimo esa atención, especialmente cuando estás viajando por un país diferente.

En definitiva, un alojamiento muy recomendable, tanto por sus instalaciones como, sobre todo, por la calidad humana de su personal. ¡Gracias por hacernos sentir tan bien acogidos.

Bei der Ankunft ein sehr herzlicher Empfang. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr um einen bemüht und helfen in in jedem Fall weiter. Die Unterkunft ist ausgesprochen schön.
Wir sind 3 Erwachsene und hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss im japanischen Stil, mit Zugang zu einem kleinen Garten. Das Zimmer war 15 Quadratmeter klein, reichte aber völlig aus.
Man muss wissen, dass die Räume sehr hellhörig sind, wir waren aber darauf vorbereitet und es störte uns nicht.
Im Rezeptionsbereich gibt es einen kleinen Aufenthaltsraum mit Möglichkeit der Tee- und Kaffeezubereitung, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Kochplatte.

Die Nippori-Station ist fußläufig in ca. 10min gut zu erreichen und einen wunderbare Bäckerei gibt es auch um die Ecke, sowie einen Supermarkt.

Comfortable, quiet, and cozy!
Pros:

Not too far from Nippori station, nestled in a quiet area, with an excellent shared common room - free coffee/tea and friendly staff. Stayed here with my dad whilst in Tokyo for our last night - easy access to Narita airport via train from here.
