Personnel souriant et serviable

Les locaux et la chambre étaient propres.
Le personnel a été très agréable.
J'avais choisi cet hôtel pour la chambre avec lit superposé et lit double. Ce n'est pas ce que j'ai eu. Un lit simple et un lit double, mon plus jeune fils a dû dormir avec ses parents.
La literie n'était pas confortable du tout. Il faisait trop chaud même fenêtre ouverte (seulement en oscillo battant)
La douche du lendemain matin était froide, inenvisageable de laver les enfants dans ces conditions.
Pas de climatisation
Pas de clim pendant la canicule , trop chaud même avec le PETIT ventilateur . Pas possible de dormir .
C'est c'est bien passé dans l'ensemble.. juste qu'on est pas arrivé à allumer la télé... mais il était 23h on a pas insisté.. peut être oreillers en plus serait pas négligeable

l'albergo è molto trasandato, all'ingresso della struttura la tettoia era sorretta dalla trave di un ponteggio, il giardino molto trascurato, osservando le finestre dei piani superiori si notava una finestra con il vetro sfondato.
La stanza era piuttosto ampia ma con tante macchie sui muri, il bagno era diviso da una porta a soffietto ed il lavandino aveva il miscelatore rotto.
Mancava l'aria condizionata, era stato messo un ventilatore in camera appoggiato su una sedia, diverse prese elettriche non funzionavano

Chaleur étouffante dans la chambre. Tv qui ne fonctionne pas. Ventilateur cassé. Sdb très vétuste.

The ensuite bathroom which appears to have come off a 1980's ferry, the damage to the rooms, and the lack of breakfast options.

Nous avons dormi sans drap, sans couette car il n'y en avait pas dans la chambre !!!
