OK stay, nice reception
Pros:

The lobby was really nice looking
Rooms are well equipped, large balconies (mostly with bad view and machinery noises)
Nice soap bars and knives in the kitchen.

Washing machine and heating system.

The receptionist wasn't a bad person, he broughte a new glass when I found mine was already broken, he was pretty friendly, but he said some inappropriate sentences to me as a costumer (read the following part)

Cons:

You have to cross a junkyard full of old tires to get to the entrance.
A cleaning platform was placed across the entrance in a dangerous position for at least 10 days.
Noises from other rooms as walls are really thin. Dogs crying, people having some night activities until around 5 am.
Noises from the rooms under renovation from 10 am to 6 pm.
Noises from the AC system and exhaust smoke from the electric generator of the building next to ours.

Even though the booklet in the room states the access to the gym is free, they will charge you around 15€ per day for accessing this nice but small gym (without sauna or swimming pool).

No need to show them this booklet which is included in the room, they'll call you a liar. The receptionist (from nova) literally said what I was saying was just lies and stated that for the price they listed the room on booking, its was normal not to be treated like any other guests.

You have to ask the receptionist (Nova) to ask him to pay for the television package, otherwise they don't pay the TV cable company and you can't access any TV program.
You just have to give him the contract number on the screen a d he'll probably manage to pay the bill pretty quickly.

Trash bags left by other costumers.
Toilets of the reception.
Heater not properly installed and falling each and day.

Pros:

Красивая комфортная комната, ванная, прекрасный вид на горы. Есть немного посуды, чашки тарелки- удобно. Спасибо большое Tornike- я разговаривала с ним все время если что- то было нужно, быстро отвечал. Так получилось что я приехала гораздо раньше заселения, но меня без вопросов впустили в комнату и дали отдохнуть после перелета. Я очень благодарна🙏🙏🙏

Cons:

Единственное, местоположение довольно далеко от центра, но зато близко к морю ( 5 мин ходьбы), и еще недалеко есть очень хорошая кофейня с вкусными завтраками (pure), так что было удобно в любом случае. Сходить выпить кофе и взять такси до центра

Pros:

Персонал помогал по всем вопросом, предоставили ранее заселение, позднее выселение, понадобился второй комплект белья, с этим тоже помогли. В общем и целом советую всем этот отель, такое впечатление что мы были в гостях у очень хороших друзей.

Pros:

the room was clean, with a sea view and equipped kitchen, near a grocery shop and a bus stop.

Dirty, noisy, in one of the kitchen drawers - trash and a pack of cond0ms.

This place is staffed by unhappy, childish people who don't know what customer service is, ask inappropriate questions, and when you set personal boundaries, they let you laugh at them right in front of you, naively believing that simple things without flashy brands don't hide power and authority. They forgot that they are just simple function but their ego can’t take it..🤣🤡 They don’t respect people because they don’t respect themself. Such a big mistake from “big” brain... I was planning to send my employees on vacation to this place, but alas, they didn't deserve the money.

Pros:

The bed is so comfortable, I enjoyed my sleep a lot. And they have proper furnitures and equipment(utensils, pot and pan, chopping board, knives etc.) for cooking and dining at home, also the view from the balcony is nice. It’s great that I can use a private washing machine in the studio. Location is good too, very convenient, and relaxing vibes overall.

Cons:

There were several constructions going on in the building at the moment, so in the day time sometimes I can hear the noise because I’m next to one. But the owner is very nice, and managed to help me to change room. After that the noise is not bothering anymore.
