overall great stay, nice touch by the hotel of giving a bottle of prosecco for our honeymoon.

Great Location and good sized room, Cleanliness and the air conditioning was superb. Handy well stocked supermarket right next to the hotel.

Cons:

Some maintenance required. The tap would not turn to the cold position so no cold water available during our stay for drinking. The hairdryer kept cutting out. A bottle of water in the fridge had been opened and we reported this and the cold tap issue to reception but was never addressed. The hotel bar closes at 21.45hrs, which we thought was too early for a four star hotel as couldn't get a night cap. Could not locate in or room any facilities/hotel information.

Com certeza me hospedaria novamente e recomendo a quem visita Dubrovnik!
Pros:

Hotel novo, com quartos excelentes e banheiro espaçoso. A equipe é muito atenciosa, prestativa e educada.

A localização é ótima. Não fica na parte da Cidade Velha, mas o deslocamento de Uber tem preço razoável e há um ponto de ônibus muito próximo. Além disso, existem supermercados, farmácias e restaurantes nas redondezas, e o hotel está a uma curta distância do porto.

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και το ξενοδοχείο πεντακάθαρο

Αυτό που δε μας άρεσε ήταν ότι επειδή ταξιδεύαμε με τα παιδάκια μας ηλικίας έξι ετών, κάποιος έκανε παρατήρηση από τους αλλους πελατες ότι ενοχλούσαν οι φωνές μας ενώ δεν ήταν ώρα κοινής ησυχίας.
Το προσωπικό δε μας υπερασπίστηκε και μετέφερε το παράπονο παρότι Ήταν νωρίς το απόγευμα κ αυτό χάλασε τη διάθεση μας καθώς δε νιώθαμε ευπρόσδεκτοι.
Δε μπορείς να φιμώσεις 6 παιδιά στις 7 η ώρα το απόγευμα κ παρότι ήταν ένας υπέροχος χώρος να πιεις τον καφέ σου προτιμούσαμε να βγαίνουμε έξω γιατί νιώθαμε ότι μας κοιτούσαν με μισό μάτι.
