Pros:

La ubicación frente al mar y en un pinar.
Piscina espectacular
La casa original es preciosa con ese encanto de las casas mediterráneas con solera, así como su decoración y la vegetación en el jardín.
Amplias instalaciones con diferentes zonas según gustos y necesidades ( leer, jugar a las cartas, tomar un café o una cerveza, tomar el sol, bañarse, relajarse.
..)

Cons:

Los baños necesitan una reforma: los grifos cuesta abrirlos, los botes de champú y gel estaban mal cerrados y no dispensaban nada, se ve viejo.
Mucho albornoz y toallas pero no pusieron unas simples zapatillas.
La luz de la terraza no se puede apagar desde la habitación.Las apagan todas de forma centralizada a las 12 de la noche.Mientras te entran mosquitos y te molesta por lo fuerte que ilumina si quieres dormir.
En la piscina permiten que la gente ponga su toalla en las tumbonas pero se van y vuelven al cabo de muchas horas imposibilitando que otros huéspedes las utilizen.Tenia que haber unas normas de uso para evitar esos abusos.
En el comedor pone expresamente que no se puede llevar móvil, pero nadie hace caso ni les dicen nada.

There is a good chance that I will return with controlled expectations and a less expensive room.
Pros:

It is a truly fantastic property. Well maintained, well staffed, very clean and tasteful. Great location close to the beach and value added restaurants. The facility is also close to the Via Verde and the staff makes every effort to insure that you can bring your bicycles. The parking lot procedure is super simple and works flawlessly.

Cons:

There is controversy brewing in Spain with the promotion of ADULT ONLY HOTELS. Now I understand why there is controversy. NEVER book for a room for the weekend, especially when children are out of school. This is really not so much a children problem, as it is an arrogant parent problem. The combination of screaming children (some in diapers), loud Asians and the omnipresent drone of cackling Spanish hens provide zero tranquility on the weekends (Friday night through Sunday morning). There is also the occasional privileged man that cannot follow the rules, like diving into a 1.6 meter swimming pool or the very small cold plunge pool. I witnessed both. Where did decorum go? After all, tranquility is one of the selling points of this facility, yet on the weekends tranquility goes to the Palasiet to die and be buried. There are signs posted to be quiet, so what? There must be a reading problem! Maybe the signs aren't big enough. The staff attempts to keep things quiet, but the incessant noise, carries to your room even at night from the outside pool area as parents cannot make their children understand the importance of being quiet. Seriously, if you plan on partying, please choose another hotel. Just because you can afford this facility does not mean you have class, taste or manners.
