Nice hotel and great location
Pros:

Very nice location. We checked in late but they're very easy to work with and gave us a nice room. Everything that we expected.

Cons:

They had the DJ play music at night until quite late and it wasn't even a live DJ. It was just a guy with the recordings playing so it was kind of awkward and disturbed our sleep. Also the breakfast area had fresh eggs and omelets being made but there was no direction on how to get there and access to that unless you went out of the restaurant. They should have food accessible from the restaurant, inside and outside, or there should be some signage.

Also the restaurant staff, working at dinner time, were very conscious of giving water, and making a big fuss when we asked for more water. I was part of a large group and just seeing the way the staff was behaving and being very aggressive didn't seem well for what such a nice restaurant and hotel, especially the size of the group that was staying in this hotel. A few dollars of water bottles would not hurt them but only elevate the experience, which a lot of people found to be disturbing.

Pros:

Je tiens néanmoins à remercier le personnel de l'hôtel, qui a toujours été courtois et a essayé de résoudre les problèmes signalés.

Cons:

Étant nouvellement marié, j'avais demandé à l'avance une décoration spéciale dans la chambre afin de célébrer cette occasion. À mon arrivée, aucune décoration n'avait été préparée, malgré ma demande.
