Third visit to Gwangju in four years... loved Empire the first time, kept coming back
Pros:

Very affordable. And the steam closet in the room which I never see anywhere else!

Cons:

Just a little too far away from downtown Gwangju... but hey, that wasn't our primary objective, though.
