Our hotiday and stay at the Palazzo Paolina Boutique Hotel, Valetta, Malta.
Pros:

I can really recommend this beautiful hotel. Its located just around the corner from the Cathedral, Churches, shops, loads of restaurants, chocolate and icecream parlours and a few mins walk from the main attractions, sea shore and bus station, we found there's plenty to do and see. We stayed second week in July 26 and each night there was a procession and honouring of the Saints and celebrations till late in the square. Loved the old stone buildings and beautiful architecture and history in Valetta too. Our apartment over looked the street with a traditional boxed balconette and we could hear church bells peeling and sometimes the carnival band playing. Very nice quiet hotel at night. Our room was very comfortable and was cleaned every day. The hotel staff are very polite and helped us choose a selection of restaurants and day trips. The AC worked well in the 40+ heat and there was a lovely ensuite bathroom with antique tiles and hot water running all day. The breakfast is located downstairs and is definitely not to be missed as it has a great selection of very tasty hot and cold foods to suit everyone which is really great. There is a little quiet comfortable sitting area where we waited whilst reception kindly organised our airport taxi. Hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful ornate looking Hotel. Unfortunately only stayed for 8 Hours prior to me getting on Ferry the following morning

Hotel accogliente, personale molto gentile
Pros:

Posizione centrale, hotel accogliente (disponibilità di accappatoio, pantofole, set cucito, una bottiglia di acqua a testa giornalmente per ciascun ospite della camera, ecc), personale molto gentile e disponibile ad accogliere eventuali richieste. Camera ampia e pulita, bagno con bidet. Colazione molto varia (sia dolce che salata) servita al piano seminterrato (un po angusto) ma comunque ben attrezzato e pulito.

Cons:

La nostra stanza aveva l’aria condizionata che puntava sul letto e non era modificabile la modalità da cool a dry (perché era centralizzata) e poteva essere gestita solo tramite tastierino al muro (non era disponibile il telecomando).
La camera aveva un affaccio interno in un cavedio (per noi non rilevante, impossibilità di stendere indumenti da mare da asciugare).
