The entrance corridor is pretty. Location is very central.
Triple room not as described and not suitable for our needs.
The room layout was extremely cramped, with very limited space to move around safely. The single beds were unusually narrow and not what we would expect from a triple room. This was a significant issue, particularly as I had advised in advance that my mother is 77 and has mobility problems. She felt unsafe getting in and out of bed and was worried about falling, which meant neither of us slept well. There was also a raised step at the entrance to the room which created a trip hazard and was not suitable for someone with mobility issues
There were also maintenance and hygiene concerns, including a toilet that did not flush properly, dust coming from the air conditioning, and an unclean toilet brush.
We raised these issues with reception but the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was offered. As a result, we had to leave after the first night and find alternative accommodation at additional cost.
Breakfast was also disappointing, with hot food served cold and a limited selection.
Overall, the room was not as described and not suitable for guests with mobility needs.

Great location, wonderful and friendly staff.
Breakfasts are okay in general, but not as great as mentioned
All perfect. Great location in the heart of Valletta but on a silent street. We had an exceptional room with a huge terrace
at the top floor.
Breakfast could be slightly better. Coffee maker could be of a higher level (e.g natural milk and not a powder milk)
but overall no complains.
