Pros:

the hotel is big and has a lot of amenities and pools and a private beach! rooms are comfortable staff are friendly especially suhad from the front desk team
she was helpful and welcomed us with a nice smile
also khaled from the pool bar

Cons:

the bar doesn’t have much options :/ but overall was good

المكان بحاجة إلى اهتمام اكبر عدم وجود نظام التبريد يعمل بشكل صحيح و عدم وجود نظافة بشكل جيد
