Chambre avec balcon avec vue sur montagne, calme
Petite structure calme

Cons:

Accès à l hotel par une montée raide
Améliorer la signalisation sur la route à hauteur de l'hôtel
Petit déjeuner standard, petite quantité de beurre et confiture, nécessité de redemander.
Pas de restauration sur place, il faut aller sur Buggeru

Non mi è piaciuto l'esterno della struttura .Un parziale disordine,anche della vegetazione ma soprattutto il parcheggio.Le difficoltà iniziano appena lasciata la strada asfaltata con una buca enorme e profonda inevitabile sullo sterrato .Poi salite ripidissime e piene di buche o sassi sporgenti,buche anche sulle ripide curve sterrate . Praticamente impossibile parcheggiare nel parcheggio posteriore(che è spazioso)per una salita ripidissima con buche enormi roba da rompere la macchina,infatti tale parcheggio spazioso è sempre vuoto.insomma un inferno.La valutazione del parcheggio è talmente negativa da pregiudicare parzialmente la valutazione complessiva della struttura.

Bon séjour, au calme, dans un bel endroit
Pros:

Très belle vue depuis l'hôtel.
La chambre était confortable mais sommaire.
Le petit déjeuner était très bien avec des produits frais fait maison.

Cons:

Absence de restaurant sur place.

Ruhige Schlafmöglichkeit im Landhausstil ohne nahegelegene Versorgungsmöglichkeiten.
Pros:

Frühstück, Sauberkeit und ruhige Lage waren tadellos, Klimaanlage war vorhanden.

Cons:

Wir hatten es Anfang des Jahres als "Hotel mit Restaurant" gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein "Bed & Breakfast" mit "Rezeptionszeiten". Keine Fliegengitter, um Lüften zu können, Investitionsstau im Sanitärbereich.

Ottima scelta vicino a Portixeddu/Buggerru
Pros:

Struttura molto bella.
Camera e bagno spaziosi.
Colazione ottima.
Staff gentilissimo.

Cons:

Nulla tutto ok.
Non abbiamo potuto provare il ristorante perché giorno di chiusura ma gentilissimi ci hanno servito un aperitivo rinforzato con ottima bottiglia di bolle sarde 🍾

Sehr sauber und grosses Zimmer im 1. Stock.

Cons:

Kein Lift für Gepäckminahme. Sterile Anfahrt ab der Strasse. Wenig Platz für Auto zu Parken!

Pros:

Wir hatten eine paar schöne Tage bei Matteo in Fluminimaggiore. Das Zimmer ist sauber und wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick von unserem Balkon auf die Landschaft/Berge. Innerhalb von wenigen Autominuten ist man am nächstgelegenen Strand oder anderen Attraktionen der Umgebung.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das tolle Essen. Die kleine aber feine Abendkarte bietet Gerichte mit regionalen Zutaten für jeden Geschmack. Auch Vegetarier kommen hier nicht zu kurz. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Great spot to relax and get out and enjoy the stunning landscapes near Portixeddu . Fabulous dinners .
Pros:

Location nestled into the hill with short trip down to beaches and nearby forest. Very engaging host Matheo and attentive staff. Lovely breakfast terrace overlooking farms and mountains.
