Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch. Die Innenstadt von Neuwied ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, gleichzeitig ist man mit dem Auto schnell aus der Stadt heraus. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich außerdem ein großer Supermarkt.

Das Konzept mit den verschiedenen Lebensmittelmarken ist originell und mal etwas anderes. Unser Zimmer war im Ostmann-Stil eingerichtet, und es war lustig zu sehen, wie sich das Thema durch das ganze Zimmer zog. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, ebenso das wirklich große Badezimmer. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die vielen Haken und Möglichkeiten, Sachen aufzuhängen.

Das Frühstück war insgesamt in Ordnung und die Mitarbeiter haben fehlende Sachen immer sofort aufgefüllt, sobald man Bescheid gesagt hat.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Bei offenem Fenster war es dadurch recht laut. Da sich das Zimmer aufheizte, brauchte man allerdings die Klimaanlage, nachts musste man sich somit ein bisschen zwischen Ruhe und Kühlung entscheiden.

Etwas seltsam fanden wir das große Bild einer ertrinkenden Frau in der Dusche. Gestört hat es uns nicht wirklich, aber gerade bei einem so konsequent gestalteten Themenzimmer hätte hier etwas Passendes von Ostmann deutlich besser und vielleicht auch lustiger zum Konzept gepasst.

Das Frühstück war okay, aber unserer Meinung nach nicht ganz so außergewöhnlich, wie es als „bestes Frühstück der Stadt“ beworben wird. Es fehlten häufiger Sachen oder Behälter waren leer. Auf Nachfrage wurde zwar immer sofort nachgefüllt, allerdings kam das während unseres Aufenthalts recht oft vor.

Wenig einladend fanden wir außerdem den Bereich direkt vor dem Hoteleingang. Er wirkt nicht besonders gemütlich und man muss häufig an rauchenden Gästen vorbeigehen, um ins Hotel zu gelangen.

Eine nette Idee sind die verschiedenen ungewöhnlichen Automaten im Erdgeschoss, unter anderem ein Weinautomat. Leider wurde dieser während unserer drei Tage nicht aufgefüllt, sodass wir ihn nicht ausprobieren konnten.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer.

Cons:

Es war einfach zuviel Supermarkt. Das Essen im Restaurant wurde lieblos angerichtet. Die Esspressokapsel im Zimmer ist mega eklig.

Schoon, lekkere bedden maar prijzig
Pros:

Heel schoon, de kamer heeft lekkere bedden en airco. Heel compleet!

Cons:

Het eten bij het bistro restaurant viel erg tegen. Daarnaast vind ik de prijs voor de overnachting wel erg hoog! De snacks en koffie/thee ect
die je in het hotel uit de apparaten kan halen zijn ook heel duur

It's fine but not clean and needs some care
Pros:

The mattress was very comfortable, the breakfast was great and located very close to town.

Cons:

The pillows were very uncomfortable, a mirror was attached to the wall with duct tape, whilst housekeeping made the room presentable the room and bathroom generally needed a very deep clean to remove cobwebs, dirty windows, mould in the showe and dust thick enough on the walls it could be written in. We were 3 guests and given 2 towels, when I called to ask for a 3rd I was told I needed to collect it myself
