Great property and Amazing Rate.
Pros:

The 2 bedroom was super spacious and well designed with a minimal modern approach. Real stone and natural wood through out. Premium bedding and linen. Beautiful natural light comes through in every room. Staff very accommodating. Will definitely stay there again next month.

Perfektes Zimmer, um nach einem anstrengenden Tag, zu entspannen und im Privatpool auf dem Balkon runterzukommen.

The staff was basically nonexistent. We stayed there for four nights, and they didn’t clean the room even once.
The location is absolutely the worst, there isn’t even a proper road, so it’s very difficult to reach by car, and it’s completely far from the center.

Pros:

Vale demais pelo valor. O quarto era impecável. O banheiro, de fato, depois do banho fica meio molhado, porém no todo a hospedagem é nota 10... Obs: fica em um bairro novo de instalações (inúmeras novas pousadas) e as ruas são precárias ( vale a pena alugar um carro mais alto), mas é o melhor a se fazer para quem quer gastar relativamente pouco (menos de 100 dólares por dia a estadia)e usufruir de um lugar novíssimo e confortável.

Pros:

Appartement très bien aménagé et avec goût. Lit king size, balcon au calme. Petite cuisine avec quelques ustensiles. La piscine en rooftop est très agréable, avec des transats à disposition.

Cons:

Accès via une route en terre, et un peu à l'écart de Tulum centre, il est mieux d'être véhiculé.
