В цілому все гууд. Насолоджуйтесь природою, неймовірними видовищами карпатських гір, полонин.
Pros:

Розташування чудове, близько до водоспаду Шипіт, крісельного витягу на гору. Поряд в іншому готелі можна поснідати. В цілому номером задоволений. Велика парковка. На території є басейн, лежаки, спортивний майданчик. Також є ігрова кімната.

Cons:

Адміністратор в готелі он-лайн. Дівчина що зустрічала не змогла порекомендувати ні місце де б можна було поїсти, ні місця поблизу куди поїхати, на що подивитись. За три сутки (4 дні проживання) ні разу не винесли сміття, не змінили рушники. Орієнтовно біля 18-19 години адміністратор уходить і вхідні двері в готелі зачиняються. Щоб відчинити двері треба ввести код або прикласти брелок. Але про це ніхто не говорить. Жильці стукають у двері і приходилось ходити їм відчиняти і пояснювати. А ще в душі важко настроїти температуру води, або холодна, або кип'яток.

Не можу рекомендувати цей заклад тим, хто очікує хоча б базового сервісу та поваги до гостей.
Pros:

Єдине, що сподобалось це місцерозташування.

Cons:

На жаль, досвід проживання залишив дуже негативне враження.

Організація заселення фактично відсутня. Рушники мали неприємний запах, у номері за весь час проживання не прибирали, сміття також ніхто не виносив.

Назвати цей заклад готелем у звичному розумінні складно — це швидше просто місце для ночівлі. Більшість заявлених послуг або відсутні, або надаються формально.

Є невеликий куточок з чаєм та кавою, але чай найдешевший у пакетиках, а кави взагалі не було, доки не довелося звернути на це увагу персоналу. Окремо варто згадати постійний неприємний запах на терасі.

Клієнтоорієнтованість відсутня повністю. На будь-які зауваження чи прохання реакція була однакова: «Не подобається — виселяйтесь».

Цей готель є такий собі формат сучасного хостелу! розташування чудове! все нове ремонт, тільки не зручна сушка для рушників не вистачає шафи.. взагалі все добре! головне природа вона чудова!!! адміністрація онлайн завжди! це теж добре!

Нормально за свої гроші, але є нюанси
Pros:

Загалом готель новий і приємний на вигляд. Ліжко зручне, інтерʼєр хороший, швидкі відповіді в чаті.

Cons:

Ми бронювали номер на 3 особи, але він не був готовий до третьої людини - ні постілі, ні капців, ні чашки, ні пляшки води. Стомленим після дня в поході, довелося ще вирішувати це питання. Розкладне крісло не зручне і навіть небезпечне. Мене тричі спитали орієнтовний час приїзду, коли по факту це не грало ролі і все було описано в запиті букінга.
Також не зважаючи на тихі години (з 23:00), з вулиці дуже гучно грала музика до 1 ночі.
