In terms of price-quality ratio, it even exceeded expectations, a good choice for this location.
Pros:

A small hotel located within a large residential complex. I chose it because it was close to my business trip. It's a mini-hotel, but for its size, it's quite good. New furniture and renovations, quiet even with the windows open, and a comfortable bed.

Cons:

Be prepared to climb two flights of stairs with a suitcase. One downside to the equipment is that you need to be careful when using the shared hotel iron, as the steam can leave rusty marks.

Доброжелательный персонал. Чистый и уютный номер. Удобная кровать. Расположение для меня оказалось удачным. Близость к аэропорту и пешая доступность к интересующим меня объектам в городе.

Cons:

Отсутствие завтрака как опция.

Pros:

Отличный бутик-отель с хорошим расположением в центре левого берега за шумной Мангилик ел. Дружелюбный и вежливый персонал, очень чисто, уютно и тихо в номерах. Рядом есть кафе и кофейни. Рекомендую всем.

Cons:

Это скорее как пожелание к руководству. Во время сильной жары в коридорах и даже на ресепшн было очень душно, было бы очень хорошо позаботиться о персонале. А остальном всё отлично.

Отличный отель в центре Астаны.
Pros:

Отличный отель! Очень удобное центральное расположение, совсем недалеко от Ботанического сада. Номера чистые, всё новое и работает без нареканий. Порадовал полный набор гигиенических принадлежностей: от халатов и тапочек до зубных щеток. Обслуживание и уборка на хорошем уровне.
Из удобств на этаже есть кулер с водой, чай, кофе, конфеты, общий холодильник и гладильная доска с утюгом. Завтраков в отеле нет, но вокруг полно отличных кафе и ресторанов. Впечатления самые позитивные, всё очень понравилось!

Pros:

1) Small hotel - relatively quiet - on quiet street, each suit has double door to reduce noise from corridor
2) Great location - few cafes and restaurant 20m from hotel entrance, Mangelik El arc is around 5 minutes of walk, Botanical garden - 10 minutes.
3) Coffee spot - free and unlimited: water, coffee, tea, chocolate. Guests can use fridge and microwave as well
4) Everyday cleaning, new bed sheets etc

Cons:

Hotel looks new, but our suite "seen better times" - some utensils in bathroom was slightly broken: shower railing, shelf for toothpaste. Nothing serious though.
