Rooms is very dirty and suit against cost is not worth room service very poor and dinner buffet suddenly cancel no reason some reception staff is very rude some girl but Mr Anmol is good person

Wooden floor broken. Furniture looks old and un-polished.
Pros:

Location -Very near to Famous Mall Road

Cons:

Bathroom- No curtain around Shower
Whole bathroom gets wet after one use.
Second person is not at all easy in bathroom.
Tissue rolls get wet and spoil.

Good people, but accommodation very poor.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and polite, location very good.

Cons:

Black mould throughout the building, due to high humidity and no heating.
Could not keep the windows open to air the room as local monkeys come in and steal the food and small items.
Often no hot water and often no Wi-Fi.

Pros:

Very bad experiences. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. Bathrooms are leaked from the cycling, smelling rooms like a potty🤑. The receptionist is very rough and he is not perfect at the front office but the lady was good, I recommend him to go to other inside sections of the hotel. The outside of the hotel is damn smelly. I am very regrets to book this hotel. Before you book this hotel think 100th time. 😡🤬😡🤬 Totally waste of money. The food had no taste, glasses are smelly like rae fishes.

Pros:

The food was good. Location was close to the Mall. The hotel was overall clean and maintained. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

Only their linen was so clean or white and had stains. They didnt have 24hr hot water but this wasnt a huge problem

Very nice and comfortable stay
Pros:

The location was good and the rooms were clean and well maintained.mahakal mandir is on the back side of the hotel so with 2 min walk you can get kanchanjanga view .

Cons:

There was no room heater provided. Food options were less.

Good spacious Hotel
Pros:

Location is very good near the Mall Road. Rooms are spacious and common areas are also spacious. Hotel facilities are good including Elevator and parking.

Cons:

Two lights were not working. The comode seat was stained.
